One time after tennis I felt like I was gonna pass out. I was seeing stars and was about to collapse. Mind you this was after 2 hours in the sun. I reached for LMNT right away. It saved me from dehydration and a possible heat stroke.

After re watching the video, I am still going with a Scout 290 Elite. Sub $3000 is still affordable right? Regardless, the Yellow that Nukeproof paints them is SO NICE. Now if they only offered the $500 frame only option in that color!
@@That_Stealth_Guy Absolutely, but man it is expensive for a hardtail. Absolute spec for it would be frame only in yellow + 150μm thick matte wrap + Rockshox Zeb ultimate fully wrapped too + man the list goes on for $3k you can get the top (not AXS ofc, screw that)
This was a pretty relatable video for me I started mountain biking when I was 12 now I’m 13 and I’ve come so far when working on a bike I really wish I had someone like you to help guide me but I was all on my own and now after installing many break a few dropper posts a bunch of tires setting bikes up tubeless a few times and putting a lot of bars on I finally felt confident enough to do a pretty complicated repair after watching enough of your videos. I put new housing and shifter cable into the shifter. Routed it all the way down put on a new derailer hanger and I put on a new derailer and then
Adjusted the derailer. There was a lot of flies at first, but I finally got it.

A great valuable skill to learn. Working on your bike. But if I'm using a hacksaw to cut down bars or forks I like to use a saw guide with it.

If you removed the seat collar bolt, the dropper cable might have room to squeeze through.
For sure that was my backup plan! Normally the cable is pretty easy to remove but this Rocky MTN one was a little tricky

Could've just completely remove the bolt from the seatpost clamp and squeeze it out, then do the same for the orange one, i did it like this on mine

new bike is the nukeproof scout? also, you should try a 4x bike like the dartmoor hornet 26, basically a more aggressive dirt jumper with more suspension and a little bigger frame. I have one and it is a fun bike. seems like it would work really well on bentonville stuff

Great bike love it! these tektro braks just awsome Im riding em 3 years on my GT e-bike without any problems! Only upgraded to 203 rotor in the front and other brake pads. Check the grease in the headset bearings and put some high quality stuff there saves some $.

this kid is just like me lol. I gotta have my bike looking good at all times. Right now I'm on a tan color scheme, with a burnished bronze stem, tan pedals, grips, chainring, saddle, copper presta valve covers and fork air valve cover and I just bought some burnished bronze bottle cage screws last night. The best looking thing I got is definitely the Maxxis Ardent Skinwall tires, they look amazing with the other tan accents on the bike.

I usually pop my chain off when removing the rear wheel, Only takes a minute and it makes reinstallation of the wheel that much easier.
The muc-off valve fits a 4mm hex inside and 11mm wrench outside for and ekstra tide fit

Next up you guys should upgrade the brakes. That Tektro model fades really quickly in my experience.
In my case the fluid added was more weight then the tube, but now i don't get flats. My one tire seeps from the sidewalls (tire not rim) non stop. So far almost not worth the hype - the no flats.

Nukeproof scout im guessing for the new bike? Ive been looking at those frames as all my parts from my current hardtail would bolt right on and my hardtaill has some really outdated geometry. a 67 degree head angle (66.5 with a 10mm fork upgrade)
