The deleted door handles and key locks looks great!! I would of liked to see you flush mount the push button mechanism (but that’s my preference)!! Great build so far looking forward to seeing it finished!

love the idea of the button opener, the ejector spring could be a little heavier and the door hinges not so seized and all would be good , no need to weld any thing in. keep up the cool work, as you are giving me ideas for my future project.

Awesome video again mate, keep them coming with as much detail as you can it's the small things along the way that matter, I am using a lot of stuff you are sharing on my HZ styleside rebuild and you have saved me on a few traps along the way, even the small thing of the electric pump position is worth knowing, look forward to every update and detail.. Cool project! I've been looking at doing a budget build of an early holden ute. Just need the car and the shed :-) Might go 253 with Holley Snipper EFI kit. Not sure about the gearbox yet.

Hey Mate I just ordered it from Ebay... Just search for door poppers. The ones I got are a bit cheap and nasty. If you can get proper stainless ones then they would be better.

I dont mean to be a keyboard warrior its just a freindly suggestion but could perhaps grind the button flush with contours of the door or just proud enough to actuate smoothly its an awesome set-up its just with the button the way itis its not very subtle.
