    Bhai boiled soya chunk, rice nd broccoli is my lunch most the time. We can replace chicken sources with soya chunks :) sometimes it tastes like chicken. Just my opinion. Nd this is most awaited video. Thanks.

    Sore biceps and chest? Am I missing something here? I though you could train pull after push and vice versa.

      Siddhant Singh pull after push makes sense. That’s why we have push pull leg split. But for me, push after pull doesn’t make sense. There is nothing wrong as such. But it is difficult to train chest with sore biceps
