Finally breads that aren't made with coconut flour and 2 of the recipes are great for candida sufferers. Thank you for also including a nut free recipe as there are so many recipes that neglect us nut allergy sufferers. Great job!
Yes, yet she uses coconut oil, which many people are unable to consume; that leaves either olive oil which must not be cooked on high heat, or perhaps Ghee (clarified butter, which is healthier than butter)
I’ve had so many requests for bread recipes but haven’t shared many on the channel-here are 3 to get your holiday baking going while keeping it gluten free. I hope you enjoy! Let me know your fav!!
Im sooo glad I found your channel. Ive been gluten free for 2 years now and I don't know if I want to mess with yeast and its rare to find GF bread in the stores where I live These look amazing. cant wait to try
I’ve been on a low carb diet and I’m gluten free and I’m taking it very seriously bc I’ve been getting sick or breaking out a lot and I thought I had to give up bread 100% but now I don’t and I love you for that!! I can’t even express how happy I just got 😩 like I was about to cry🤣
My kids are gluten sensitive and allergic to dairy. Happy to have found these recipes. Can the egg in the honey oat bread be substituted by flax egg or something else? My son is allergic to eggs too :(
Thank you isn't enough. My allergies are so severe I can't find a recipe or anyone to help me figure out how to make any meal. I basically snack & know I don't meet nutritional standards. Anaphylactic reactions to many and allergic to SEVERAL more I'm not wanting to push. (Definitely no rice, chicken, (eggs are still ok), mushrooms, or garlic. These are the ones I will die from. Wheat, milk, fruits, veggies, even coffee, etc. are also off limits. I have a small open window of things I can have. I'm tired of them. You have been WONDERFUL! Thank you!
I've made this bread for around 5 to 6 time already in the past one month. Every time I make this, I think to myself "this time I will give the neighbour's kids a loaf of bread". But my kids and I end up eating the entire thing EVERY TIME! It's that yummy and easy to make.
I have made the gluten free bread with a flour which is a blend of pumpkin, rice and cassava flour Looks great! Won't get to taste because it is for a client, hope they like it
Wow I love these recipes. I need to make these breads. I stopped eating sandwiches because I can't find the right bread. I miss my sandwiches etc. Thank you for sharing these. I'm going to give them a try.
My friend puts two white corn tortillas in the toaster and flattens them with a plate if they get warped. He uses the tortillas in place of bread and they are gluten free and less calories than two slices of bread!
Yes it was . I didn’t have yogurt so I used 3 eggs but used only 1 yolk and 3 egg white and sprinkled shredded coconut on the top. I used canola oil as I had no coconut oil.
Thank you so much! Just ate one slice of bread and now i'm really sick. this has been hard so seeing this is a God send because the docs have been wondering if i don't have celiac disease and we have already figured i can't have yeast. Thank you so much cause i like sandwiches.
Made the Oat honey, I love this. I used Quaker Gluten Free instant oats and the Oat flour by Bob Mill. This was delicious! Thank you, I now have Hypothyroid and really wanted to try something for my avocado toast so I scaled by the honey.
You are amazing and ur recipes too I have gluten allergies and made baby and oat bread and made mango cheese and used this bread as the crust it was awesome thank you so much for ur recipes
These are truly so amazing as I don’t tolerate gluten, YEAST, and do not do well with added sugars that would be put in most packaged gluten free breads anyway. This really made my day thank you so much
Im from a small town were gluten free options or even ingredients are not that available, if there are any they are very expensive. So i been looking for simple recipes and i tried yours for common bread and it turned out amazing, i have to thank you a lot you saved my breakfasts and afternoon tea haha i cant believe a simple loaf of bread could make me this happy im beyond surprise with the results thank you so much for this recipe
I've used pureed carrots for baking cookies. Idk if it works for breads, but it might be something to consider. Also, it doesn't make it taste like carrots at all
I bet this would come out great in a pressure cooker!... Cake mixes come out really great in a PC..they are super moist and have this really unique density to them.
Today i saw this video and didn’t wait i made The oat honey bread and it’s in the oven, can’t wait to see the result 😍thank you so much for the amazing recipes 💜
I'm excited to give these recipes a try. Once baked, how to keep them to last longer? Do they need to be kept in a freezer and if left out, how long can they be left out?
I'm soooo glad I found this video. I have tried so many recipes and they didn't work for one reason or another. These look amazing and so easy. Can't wait to try. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
Good morning I want to now how much for you are using to make these breads is it 2 cups or 3 cups that's what I want to now I want to try them.. thank you.
Oats contain a protein called Avenin which in some people with coeliac disease can trigger an immune response, gluten tests can detest the proteins in wheat rye and barley that trigger the immune response but not the avenin in oats, oats cannot be labelled as gluten free in Australia for this reason, so if are coeliac or gluten intolerant be cautious with oats, I’m gonna try the almond loaf for sure
Wowee!!! I'm a massive bread making fan but my mum is gluten intolerant , and I made my first batch of gf sourdough yesterday... Which wasn't the greatest :)) so thanks for this amazingly timed video!
Recently did food allergy testing and can't have yeast, gluten, whey, dairy ughhh which every gluten free bread has yeast. Even gluten free seasoning, bread crumbs, gf panko have yeast in them making it soooo hard to find anything. I have missed bread so so much thank you!
Thanks veeery much I made the oat honey one , it tastes very good, but it's wet from the inside and dry from the outside , how can I remove that moisture , or how can I fix it , please ?
Hi,coukd I make two changes in oats honey bread? Could I skip honey to make this bread salty? Secondly, could I sub yogurt with clarified butter or anything?
the bread isn't a "sweet" bread, it's just a hint of sweetness, it's still savory overall. I would not skip the honey. I'm not sure about subbing the yogurt, perhaps sour cream!
Fantastic video. Can't thank you enough. I love Bob's Red Mill. I use 1 to 1 for everything as well as almond flour. Thank you so much. Looooove your videos! Could you do one on healthy breakfast muffins?
Can you mix wet and dry ingredients in a blender to make batter for these recipes? Such as putting all wet ingredients in a blender and then adding the dry ingredients to it and then blending? Would that work?
I have just come across your channel and really loved these bread recipes...Im going to make the oat flour bread...but would like to know what the calories are per slice?
Finally breads that aren't made with coconut flour and 2 of the recipes are great for candida sufferers. Thank you for also including a nut free recipe as there are so many recipes that neglect us nut allergy sufferers. Great job!
Have you tried the first 2 recipes?
Yes, yet she uses coconut oil, which many people are unable to consume; that leaves either olive oil which must not be cooked on high heat, or perhaps Ghee (clarified butter, which is healthier than butter)
I agree! I am so tired of all of my baking tasting like coconut something or other.
I have a wheat allergy and bread is probably my favorite food so this is perfect for me!
Hi if you don't already know buckwheat flour is not wheat try that flour as well.
Tht's why i am here too
I also
Yes expensive but worth the pennies Bob can send me a couple of bags of the ones I need
I’ve had so many requests for bread recipes but haven’t shared many on the channel-here are 3 to get your holiday baking going while keeping it gluten free. I hope you enjoy! Let me know your fav!!

I'm Italian which means I love bread, but I'm allergic to gluten......
You just made my day
I think almost everybody in the world loves bread
Same I can’t have Gluten without feeling sick to my stomach and it is so hard to find a good bread brand so I am SOOOO thankful for these recipes!!
Me too. Italian American and allergic to gluten. Bread and pasta are my weakness, so it is hard to not eat them unless gluten free.
Same. It sucks. Half Italian and I can’t eat most of the stuff I grew up on now.
Im sooo glad I found your channel. Ive been gluten free for 2 years now and I don't know if I want to mess with yeast and its rare to find GF bread in the stores where I live

My mom has a gluten sensitivity after getting her gallbladder removed. I’m for sure sharing this with her! She’s gonna love these!
I hope she enjoys!
similar to Quaker
Love your recipes!
Could you give me the written recipes please?. Thank you!
I've made this bread for around 5 to 6 time already in the past one month. Every time I make this, I think to myself "this time I will give the neighbour's kids a loaf of bread". But my kids and I end up eating the entire thing EVERY TIME! It's that yummy and easy to make.
Which of 3 u made?and what is exact quantity of baking soda and powder u took?
Make a double recipe and share.
Will definitely be trying this out! The one thing I’ve missed since removing gluten from my diet was good sandwich bread and these look GOOD!
I have made the gluten free bread with a flour which is a blend of pumpkin, rice and cassava flour
Looks great! Won't get to taste because it is for a client, hope they like it

Can I mix without an electric mixer?,also this is very helpful especially with the oats😃
Thanks I have celiac disease so this is a huge help
Looks amazing but, Where are the portions? How much dry ingredient & wet ingredientes 😮 to use?
Yes it was . I didn’t have yogurt so I used 3 eggs but used only 1 yolk and 3 egg white and sprinkled shredded coconut on the top. I used canola oil as I had no coconut oil.

Muchas gracias, estoy fascinada con estas recetas ¡sin levadura y sin tiempos de reposo! Guau, estoy encantada.
Could I use a flaxseed egg as replacement for the eggs in the Recipes
I think unsweetened applesauce is used for egg substitute when baking. Makes it more moist.
Great recipes, thanks for sharing. What's the quantity of Baking powder and baking soda you used for the 1st 2 recipes?
This is awesome, I’ve been looking all over for a great gluten free bread recipe. Thank you so much.
Hope you enjoy :)
Can i substitute the eggs?
I did a vegan bread, too :)
Mind Over Munch yes i saw that after i had posted my question. Lol, thank you. Also, how do we go about measurements? Like 1 cup almond milk? Flour?
Hi your recipes are really great and easy to make...however how do you prefer to keep these fresh throughout the week
Thanks so much. My mum is GF and misses bread so much.
This sounds great. I love bob's red Mill. thanks for video.
Thanks, my family needs this in our lives. One question how long will this last and should I refrigarate afterwards. Thanks for all you do
I prefer to refrigerate, it lasts a little over a week or so :)
I can only find Bob’s Red Mill all purpose flour where I’m from, can I use that instead for the first recipe?
I wanna make the oat one but there is no measurements
Today i saw this video and didn’t wait i made The oat honey bread and it’s in the oven, can’t wait to see the result 😍thank you so much for the amazing recipes 💜
Hi i am from india ... i tried your oats and honey bread... i also added ragi flour in it... turned out awesomeeee thanks to you !!!!!!!
love your recipes! I can't have dairy, will almond yogurt work?
I did a vegan version without dairy :) I don't think almond yogurt will work here but I haven't tested it!
I just made recipe number one with BRM 1-to-1 Gluten Free Flour. It's HELLA tasty! Thanks so much for the tips, will definitely make this again!
awesome! Yay! :) thanks so much
Ma’am how much BRM flour you have used?
The first two I might try. He has a lot of good stuff. I do get his Sesame Seeds from time to time. That bread did look good.
Your simplicity and options are amazing and really appreciate. Excellent. Thanks
thank you :)
Thanks for sharing your experience, how many days can be stored?
I'm excited to give these recipes a try. Once baked, how to keep them to last longer? Do they need to be kept in a freezer and if left out, how long can they be left out?
they'll last about 7-10 days, probably in the fridge is best :)
@@MindOverMunch Thank you!
Wonderful thank you very much I have celiac disease so I am on a Gluten free diet
thank you!! :)
For the honey& oats bread can OLIVE OIL be used instead of coconut oil? Also, can the HONEY be left out??? Thanks💞
I wouldn't leave out the honey, olive oil may work though! I haven't tried it.
I made the honey oat bread with flax instead of egg and it turned out delicious!
yay! thank you! I am so glad :)
Thank you for sharing this receipie I'm gonna try this thanks
These look like great bread recipes! What do you think is better to use the blanched almond flour or the whole almond flour?
thank you!! I like the superfine blanched :)
I recently had to go on gluten free and lactose free diet which of these recipes is the least dry and crumbly?
I'm gluten free and LOVE Bob's Red mill!! Once I even went to the mill and met Bob himself!! He looks just likes his photo.
that's amazing!! I hope to meet him one day :)
Wow i will try this, thanks from the Philippines
These recipes just made my day..can this baking flour be used for baking other things like brownies, cakes etc.?
Thank you for these recipes!
In the almond bread recipe, are you using whole psyllium husk or psyllium husk powder?
How much flour do you use? How much baking soda do you out in dough? How much baking powder do you put in your dough?
recipes are linked in the description!
I love your channel
This is such a big help
Have you done gluten free bun
For burgers?
Looks good! Especially for quarantine!
What egg replacement to use for low fat and no starch vegan version?
To REPLACE the PSYLLIUM HUSK POWDER you can use CHIA just put it in a blender and make it fine
In Canada, psyllium husk powder is available at Bulk Barn and probably at a health food store.
Are these recipes good for diabetic and low carb?
What if we used flax egg? Would that work? At least for the oat and honey bread?
I don't think flax egg will work, unfortunately. You could try for the oat & honey... definitely not for the other 2.
you can replace the egg white part with aquafaba..?
I like this illustration and would like to try it, however, I would like the measurement to be able to do so
Where are the quantities of the ingredients?
I'm soooo glad I found this video. I have tried so many recipes and they didn't work for one reason or another. These look amazing and so easy. Can't wait to try. Thank you for sharing. 🙂
thank you :)
Hi for the second bread can we replace the yogurt with some thing else because of allergies
Appreciate if you mention the quantity of the items like how many glass of the almond flour? How many glass of water? And so on ....
Hi, may I know what is the measurements for almond bread? Almond flour, psyllium husk and baking powder
Thank you so much for the oat bread recipe!!!! I'm on a diet and rlly craving for some bread
You are so welcome! thank you!! :)
Good morning I want to now how much for you are using to make these breads is it 2 cups or 3 cups that's what I want to now I want to try them.. thank you.
this is the recipe I've been looking for. Thank youuuu
My pleasure 😊
Can I substituted the honey and coconut oil with something else in the oat recipe?
you could try butter for the oil and maple syrup for the sweetener :)
Hi! Can someone advise what we can substitute the eggs for? Thanks 🙏 😊
How do you store the bread to retain freshness? Also, how long are they good for?
Personally I freeze mine and toast lightly to unfreeze
Omg, we needed a recipe like this! This is perfect. Thanks so much for sharing this with us!! ❤
my pleasure, thank you!

Thanks veeery much
I made the oat honey one , it tastes very good, but it's wet from the inside and dry from the outside , how can I remove that moisture , or how can I fix it , please ?
Your oven may be too hot, lower the temp and keep it in longer
Can I make it with corn oil instead of coconut oil? Please reply
How long did you bake them? and temp please. Thanks
How long do you think they last in the fridge? Thank you for sharing
probably around 7-10 days :)
Nice! Is there something else I can use instead of eggs?
I made a vegan version after this :) Check out my vegan bread video from january!
Hi,coukd I make two changes in oats honey bread? Could I skip honey to make this bread salty? Secondly, could I sub yogurt with clarified butter or anything?

thank you so much! I did a muffins episode last week! :)
Hey can u tell me a substitude of yogurt?
Can I substitute another oil for the coconut oil? Like vegetable/canola oil? We have coconut, nut, and gluten allergies between us.
I would try avocado oil
Could I use egg replacer or do you have a better option than commercial egg replacer? Thanks for the recipes 😊
Can you mix wet and dry ingredients in a blender to make batter for these recipes? Such as putting all wet ingredients in a blender and then adding the dry ingredients to it and then blending? Would that work?
Omari Jeremiah yes
Love it. My son can not have eggs. Is it possible to substitute the eggs?? And if Yes with what?
I did an egg-free vegan version :)
Omg, these are easy..
These are amazing..
