@@HollyStLouis-hm9zb yeah, thats one of the main reasons i first subscribed to this channel: i realized even things like seeing what amenities a hotel provides in the room arent mundane to me in these videos. normally i would more or less gloss over them in my own experience IRL when at a hotel or something. but somehow this calm, soothing channel and its vids make everything feel wholesome and just a joy to experience every step of the way... even the things i normally wouldnt be into! just a really good job at experiencing everything in full and with positive earnestness. its nice. 😌 plus like op said, getting to experience these wonderful trips and customs across the world when right now travelling yourself isnt an option (i feel that about travel being so expensive... blows my mind how expensive...) so its really nice to have this channel as an opportunity to still get to experience it all.

I love animals, and especially dogs, and the shiba dogs looks so cute (We will be in Kakunodate in March, and I would have loved to stay in the inn you shared with us, but its not open then). However, on animal cafes, I am not sure if they are animal friendly. I like to see that the dogs can choose if the approach you or not. But putting animals into silly customs is something that I dont find animal friendly.
Love these Japanese transparent umbrellas, which were adapted 40 years ago to have a handle that also gives light for the futuristic world of Blade Runner (which was itself partly modelled after Tokyo). Wish some company would make these, too, perhaps with a LED handle?

I wonder how far Mii_chan tours like this on a daily basis, in kilometers or in miles? One would have to be in very good physical shape to do this. Also, the Shiba's were adorable.
I wonder how long the rickshaw ladies get to rest between fares. That would take more energy than I have. She was very nice though, and informed. I saw a vlog today where someone went to a cat cafe, and then I see yours at a dog cafe. Wish we had them here in America.
