I love Samoyeds! When I was growing up, we had a half Samoyed, half Chow dog. Her name was Pepper and she was grey like a chow but looked just like a Samoyed. She was so soft and fluffy! She was also a very loving dog and I miss her! She passed away 15 years ago. As an adult I want another dog like her!

They're basically fluffy white sunshine and their smiles are infectious. They need a lot of exercise and stimulation because they're working dogs, so they're not ideal for apartment living. I guess that's why you don't really see them in places like Tokyo because a good majority of people live in single-occupant apartments or places that are too small for a large dog like a Samoyed.

Samoyeds are so precious but so energetic and vocal hahah even a shiba inu is a lot for an apartment, and samoyed is absolutely a larger, fluffier version of that hahah
@@bellarina Yeah, you'd need a large apartment for big dogs like Samoyeds. Not only that, Samoyeds are work dogs so they're very energetic.
I had Samoyeds in an apartment for their entire lives - they do fine, but they have to be an integral part of your life. If I was out doing something, they were always with me.
I work in an office where our office dog is a Samoyed! She is either hyper or sleepy, no in between. If you rub her belly she starts barking at you if you stop 😂 She’s also a little naughty and likes to get into trash cans or steal peoples stuff lol But she’s so friendly!
I'm glad i wasn't the only one who noticed that they were holding the lead WAY too high... you could see the back of the collar lifting behind the dog's neck... no wonder it kept walking with its head tilted up. The staff member should've said something.

sooo cute. such floofiness! truly a cotton candy cloud with legs. ☁hahahaha. just a suggestion though... next time have more give on the leash when walking the dog. it kind of looked like he was being yanked up by his collar the entire walk, which has to hurt his neck. even if you dont want the dog too far away, just keep a shorter distance on the leash, but let the leash still do the corralling. not the leash + you holding it tight the whole time. just want the dog to be walking comfortably, too! 💕

ふわふわの毛で性格も人懐っこくてめちゃかわいいですね。
飼い主さんは毛の手入れが大変でしょうけど。こんなカフェ近所にあったらいいなぁ。
Samoyed dogs are so cute and fluffy! Would love to have a pet if possible 😂❤! But lots of grooming to do with their flurry furs maintenance 😅
That is a really interesting concept! I've seen cat hotels before, but not dogs. And a particular breed is really rare. I would have had a lot of allergy issues there, but it would have been so worth it to pet all those cute dogs!

Samoyeds look so very cute, but they really are quite big, strong, energetic and very fluffy 🤣 and little bit like shibas, with side of triangle ears cat personality rather than very trainable hahah they are clever doggies with their own minds.
The staff member carrying Pony-kun at the end was basically samoyed owner special 🤣 when they are done walking or extra ready to escape, it's easier to just carry all that floof hahahah

Samoyed are very expensive at any age so I think they will be adopted very easily… outside of Japan

Just like to poibt out that the samoyeds look well cared for but one thing i noticed not one chew/play toy was available for the dogs so they just keep going at each other. Looked very sterile with nothing for the dogs to do and is very unfair for their mental state.
Over priced
This is animal cruelty. So sad for the dogs. This breed is made for working. They need long walks in nature, assignments for their mind and no strangers who finger them impolite. 😢 The dog you were walking with was absolutely stressed and definitly NOT in a good mood!

@@thehapagirl92 It's a fact. Here we do our best to save animals from animal shelters and similar conditions. In Japan people are happy if they see animals which have to live like in such a prison? It has definitly to be stopped.
Oh my god they’re fine. I literally work in a small office with an office dog who is also a Samoyed. As long as they’re being fed and walked it shouldn’t matter… what do you have to say about zoos then?

It's not your fault - I think in most other countries there is no understanding for animal rights or something. We are just at the start, too. But dogs are here partners for most people. Species-appropriate husbandry is important for many dog owners so NO, they are NOT fine.
I don't know where you are from, but zoos in America or Asia would violate the animal protection laws here. But that's a different topic.
