@@Ncraft2 he probably did not since he wanted fast results. And you can't learn full planche push ups fast. The sad thing is that if he started when he posted that comment, NOW he'd have amazing results
I thought i was getting too skinny, so one day i decided to start with push ups, i think then my max was three. I do a lot of research and figure out the perfect form for push ups. i train a lot and 5 months in i'm doing around 50 everyday. I decided i needed a step up. i look into more extreme push ups. As of now my first time doing planche pushups, i can do 3 in a row and then i need a break. i did around 10 and i almost couldn't put my shirt back on because my arms hurt so bad. i want to have my feet off the ground completely in the next 2 months
@@ThatsaToilet he's right, if that guy can't even do 50 push-ups in a row, he won't even be able to do 10 decent pseudo push-ups let alone planche push-ups. Bruh he said 3.... *GODDAMNED 3 for a planche*
Thanks so much for this. I've been trying progressions for ages, but it's lifting the hips and legs I had problem with, but this quick straddle push up looks like will do the trick. Thankyou.
This was so comprehensive. Thanks my guy. Working on the tuck planche like right now, but was pleased to see the lean with a small lift was possible. RAD. Thanks!
Update: I started doing it back then and went half way there. I was in 12 th standard then and unfortunately i had to leave everything because i did not get selected for college so i focused completely on studies for whole year. I had to leave my home and go somewhere else to pursue coaching for engineering entrance exam.
Very good tutorial, very straight to the point. A lot of planche how to videos you see, you basically need a degree in engineering to figure it out haha good stuff and very good channel bro!
Thank you so much for this video! That looks incredible; I have to learn to do this. I've been working out for a while so I have decent strength and especially arm size, but I'm nowhere lean as you lol. I imagine at your bodyfat, I'd look puny. Your physique is incredible and your control to be able to do this is insane. Damn, must've taken a ton of hard work. I'll remember that next time I'm tempted to skip the gym lol
#askad Hey, I know you said once you worked for 6 months for the tuck planche. If I am having trouble lifting my hips up high in tuck planche, which exercises is best for gaining this strength? Pseudo planche pushups? Handstand pushups (against wall), planche lean? Any other, and how often should I train these?
im a 15 year old, that weighs 150 lbs 5,7 i do 80 pushups and 40 pullups i also lift so i thought i have great upper body strength *tries planche* hits face on ground
Amazing, i thought i was just weak and needed more training. but it was all in the technique, i been always trying it with my arms too far apart. thanks for the tip now i can go show off to the guys in the gym LOL
Bruh! Thanks a lot! I can’t do the push yet but I could straight out just like you. I trained for 1.5 months. I’m pretty close to perform a push up now. Regular push ups are a joke for me. Too easy! This is the kind of push ups I need to advance from a regular push up.
After 1 month of pesudo plank pushup with the pushup bars my legs lifted up, but how do you lift your legs higher? I think combination with resistance band on the legs attached to a barbell increases your strength a lot faster when you fatigue.
Exceptional instructional video. I think I can get this move in about 1-2 months with the way you've laid out the training exercises. Thanks for putting this together.
Im currently training with my legs tucked in to see how long i can hold with full extension of the arms im slowly managing to lower myself and lift back up better each day
When I first saw this I said to myself that I am gonna do this one day, now almost 2 years later I finally can, figured should thank you for the motivation brother! Thx and much love !

Austin Dunham You said it's one of the hardest, what would you say is the hardest pushing movement in you opinion?
Simonster is very good at planche pushups :D
good videos bro👌💪
amazing! stay safe xxx
Can girls do that
and i thought 20 push ups were good
it's good my friend ;) just planche push ups are better :)
Depends on how much you weigh
Javascript Kiddie doesn't. Even a 250lb person can do 50+ pushups (austin 😊)
I'm 150 lbs. My 20 is not going to be the same as someone 250 lbs. If you think it's the same, add the difference to your back and see
i can do 70 push ups straight and can't a single 1 planche, huehue
This guy is skipping leg day since 500 b.c.
It's great to see how much progress he's made over the years, especially on legs
How big should his legs be? He is not a big guy🤷🏾♂️
@@6316638 yeah but when u want to be good at calisthenics legs have to get out
His legs are ok and consider that calisthenics require chicken legs 😂
You don’t need to have huge legs to have leg strength.
Man just wanna tell you that I've been practicing several calisthenics moves and you are one of my main teachers =)

Best video I've ever seen about the planche push up. I was able to get my whole body off the floor for a second or two.

The furthest I’ve gotten was 2 reps of 1 hand push ups. But this....this is insane🤯
Very inspiring. I’d love to get to this level. Thanks for a super well-done video.
