The part about yorick split pushing on the opposite side of the objective so that if enemies collapse on you, your team can capitalise and take objectives. Thought this was meant to be a low elo guide? No one in low elo thinks like this lol
nice, lux adc is going to be filled in my ranked games. please have someone in high elo actually climb in low elo, all ive seen is one or two games and then not play anymore in your posts.
As a Lux main, I can confirm she is very legit in bot lane. She bullies traditional ADC very hard, especially short ranger like Kai'Sa and Corki. You can perma poke them very easily and being carry means her combo can burst enemy adc from 100 to zero really quick.
@@elsa9026 Funny considering I have 62% wr overall and 68% on my main champion. A person with a champion pool of 3 who doesn't belong in their elo has 53% wr and one tricks have 55%. Nice vid like always! I was wondering if you would ever make an alike vid but with exotic picks? An example of what champs I consider as exotic picks: Graves mid, Janna top, Sylas support, etc.. Have a good day!
Malz has to be the most boring champ to play and play against. Everyone I face they sit 100 miles away and e then w and run back under tower and just sit there. They never leave lane, go to an objective just clear wave under turret over and over. They can't ever even hit their one "skill shot' Q ability lol
I don’t even know why people play this game when I see them using malz… so annoying and unreasonably powerful. I get that we need champs for “new players”, but Malz is waaaaay to unskilled.
I’ve played The Donger for over 10 years. I do not suggest him to new players or for an easy climb in the slightest. Sure you can just place turrets down and call it a day. But that’s only like a portion of what you do with The Donger. You don’t just place turrets down randomly and expect him to be amazing. There are nuances to turret placement that takes a lot of practice to learn. The big thing with The Donger are his two skill shots. You telling me someone without practice is gonna land his missiles or grenade decent? I don’t think so. I have practiced for so long. I have at max range on his E on mobile champs I wanna say around 30-40% accuracy, which is around every 3-4 uses, or 5 on a bad day for me. That’s how difficult his E is to hit from max range on champs that move around a lot. I don’t expect someone new to the champ to have that solid of an accuracy on it. I’d expect more like 10-15% maybe. Like once every 7-10 E uses for someone new will hit at max range. And that’s maybe a generous estimate. I bring up his E specifically cause landing it on a champ, not even dead center, is what I’d consider more important for engaging than simply turret placements. His missiles are just way too telegraphed on their own. That’s why landing E is so important to land that slow or stun. E has a bit of a lag that’s awkward to use and predict for opponents. It’s slow to land, almost like there’s a delay to it. I’m so used to it via muscle memory, I can use it with no issues. Most people who play against it aren’t, so they have no good sense of how to time things around it. E’s awkward sluggish timing for someone not used to it is why they’ll struggle a lot to hit it. It’s prob why most people I see who play him don’t use E all that much. There’s also an overreliance on turrets. Turrets are good for pressure and damage for anyone stupid enough to stand in the range. But they aren’t easy to use to engage with. E then W is your engagement combo. Sometimes, I like to throw out W to see if I can hit people. W is harder to hit on its own due to its narrow hitbox. Plus, minions can block it entirely, while E hits everything in its splash range. It’s why you pair it with E typically. If you’re decent enough, or the enemy is slow to react, you might hit W more often. But in this day and age with more mobility being common, my old days of hitting W more often than not on its own are long past. Whenever I talk to people about The Donger, his ult is mentioned the least. There’s not a whole lot to discuss. Use it to get a bigger version of his other abilities. I will say, I often default to using his ult on Q typically. It’s the exception to engagements cause you can always place an upgraded Q right in the middle of team fights right before using his E to slow or stun. Upgraded Q’s best use is probably for siege. It melts turrets. It’s the reason I can split push decently even as a mage with low mobility. You time things right, you push in quick, go up to an enemy turret, ult on q, and watch as the turret melts. Ult on W is the only other worthy mention. Ult on E is just terrible. Ult W is sometimes okay if you want extra pressure. But mostly, it’s to finish off someone especially if they are running. Hit R, flash in, then W for an amazing combo finisher. But that’s only on occasion I find. Oh, and I don’t tend to like The Donger up top. Call me old fashioned, but mid is the way to go. He’s amazing against melee champs, so I see the appeal to go top with him. But only the real og’s go mid with him. On a side note, champs I’d suggest over some of the ones in the video. Maokai over Yorick. Maokai is like Yorick but easier to pilot. Plus extra vision is good especially for new players. Yi over Briar. Yi has a simpler yet just as effective kit for new and inexperienced junglers to use. Briar is a bit too technical for newbs to get good use out of. Galio over Garen. Galio has some tools in his kit that are just a bit easier to manage against mages and ranged champs you often find in mid. He’s also tanky enough and in a good spot against assassins. Absolutely not Malz, he’s another champ I’ve played for a long time. God, are you asking for new players to struggle learning how to engage decently? Play literally any other mage. Syndra, Ahri, Brand, take your pick. Lux for adc? You trying to get people to unintentionally troll? There’s just several reasons why this is a terrible idea mainly due to what her kit is like. Stick with Lux in mid or support like she’s usually played as. Play literally any actual adc over Lux for the love of god. Caitlyn over Sivir. I’ve seen too many players in low elo use her kit poorly. They don’t understand quite what to do with her to make the most out of her. Caitlyn is strong as an adc, simple yet good with her kit, provides vision, and overall easier for newbs to use decent. Kinda like why you picked Miss Fortune. Absolutely don’t go Vel Koz as support for the love of god. Not because he’s bad, but because he’s complex. I have a philosophy that to teach newcomers better in anything, keep it simple and easy to digest. Don’t suggest Vel Koz support for people and expect them to have an easy time if they’re new or learning. Go Sona, Lulu, or even Lux or Morgana. Simpler champs with solid poke and control aspects that act as mages. Tahm is fine, and actually good support or top. Even jungle if you are experienced at the game. Some alternatives if someone wants a similar experience is Leona, Alistar, or Malphite. Or hell, even Mordekaiser support. Anyone remember Mordekaiser support? I certainly do. Zyra support feels weird. Again, go Lux or Morgana over maybe Zyra. Zyra is more of a jungler or maybe mid if you ask me.

People overestimate how hard most skillshots are, although velkoz probably one of the harder ones it doesnt take long to get used to certain skillshots
vel`koz is no support.. is like you but a bear into a 1m by 1m metal cage and put him to fight a wolf ... vel`koz is the biggest true damage per second in the game the amount of total damage at the end of a 25minutes game is insane, play vel`koz adc with leona or nautilus support and learn how to insta clear wave at lvl 4 you will outfarm/outplay /outdamage your enemy.
holy crap if you listen to those advice and pick heimer to skip lane because you suck at laning or learning mechaincs then you really belong to pisslo.
To me, he is very good. He is very strong at level 1-2 and not many low elo players know that, so you can take advantage of it and easily beat up the lane. He can also provide much teamfight power too, and is a tank (which is the thing low elo always lacking).
He's very reliant on his team in the late game, as his damage falls off pretty quickly. In the early levels you can usually win 1v1s or even some 1v2s if your sword placement is good, once your enemy starts to build some resistance, you usually won't be able to kill them anymore. So if you're duoing with someone you trust that's playing in a carry position, playing Shen and playing around them works wonders, but if you're just playing solos, I personally would advise against it. If you want to see some pretty good Shen play and tips, AloisNL did an unranked to masters climb on Shen where he goes into not only the fundamentals of top lane, but also neat tips and tricks on Shen himself
He typically destroys every person he lanes against in my games, an yes I'm low elo. My teammate just feeds over and over like they can't see his turrets lol
