It seems I am talking to Myself when I was listening to you man in this video. I was bit confused regarding who I am and what I am doing in this huge 3D world. For creating my own dream film I wanted to be everyone in the Production Pipeline. But I am now clear and realized that I am a Virtual Film maker from bottom of my Heart . Three Points you said are well acknowledged. Thanks. This will help in putting efforts in right directions. Waiting for your future videos.
man i needed this, Ive been learning unreal for about a year now and have gotten well acquainted with it. But i needed this reminder, I am not a 3d animator, but a filmmaker using 3d animation tools. Thank you for that!
Wow your video spoke to me directly, it justified what I was already gathering which is "I Dont need to master everything.. Keep your eye on whats most important, Film Making!" Much appreciated
@@afkacademy I have no interest in game development but am being told I need to learn blueprints. And blueprints for film makers you can recommend? And thanks for your channel. I subscribed. I have an animated show that is rendered in Unreal.
I think they're probably most useful when you have a character with a lot of accessories, like a sword, shoulder pads, a gun belt, etc. You could link these into the character on a blueprint so that you don't have to keep adding them in new projects. I've also had to use blueprints when I've needed my character to interact with the environment, like footsteps in snow, or splashes in puddles.
I think blueprints will help with problems I'm having with iclone live link such as spring animation not recording in take recorder or me being able to make accessories transparent.

Excellent - I needed this for inspiration - thanks
I’m going on the 3d animation path and want to use unreal facilitated the production going after (texturing, vfx, environment,…)
I really needed to hear this as someone who struggles with impostor syndrome, thanks for putting this out here
Love this! This needs more views!
I like your thinking. Thanks!
Thank you, we're on the same path.
Did you learn blueprints?
Sort of? I’ve played with them a bit, but probably not as much as I should :)
