You can still use the fbx way to transfer your model and animation inside UE with auto setup. This is just my own personal pipeline i do with iclone and UE.
You will have to heavily optimize your scene, example reducing your texture size as I am using 4k on main character and average on 2k yet struggling a lot. Also nanite EVERYTHING you can. Go from DX12 to DX11 and lumen reflection only. Hope this helps.
