You should really do a video comparison intead between the denuvo and denuvoless official releases of the game. No need to use any pirated version which is not really a denuvoless version of the game but rather denuvo-disabled version. The performance improvements are much larger in th denuvoless official relase of the game.

Looks like privilege problem, try running as admin, run exe from the game folder ( not desktop icon ) or you can try renaming the folder to any simple name .. if game is on HDD, move it to ssd drive and if C drive is ssd, move game folder in program files (x86)

Which game version of Callisto with Denuvo did you use?
Both are with denuvo removed .. one is steam version other is cracked copy

Shaders get compiled at first launch and there are no issues after unless and until you reset your graphics driver
