Do you not communicate at times with just a look, or hand motion, or body movement? Do you think animals are just born and live and have no learning or thought processes take place? So, amazing? No. Everyday living? Yes.

I’m 56 and lost my mom abt 2 years ago.
Watching the lioness protecting her Cubs with so fearlessly reminds me of my mother love who fought so hard(during war) to make sure we stayed alive and gave us all of her.
After watching these videos
I appreciate her love more than ever.

It's the same way how a dad is so overprotective of his daughter or a brother w his sister and son with his mom. When the pride is in danger nd a rogue male intrudes, the alpha males r always the ones to be the first line of defence. Tell me how many times have u seen lionesses be able to fend off an intruder as compared to males fending off intruders? The difference will show u who is more dangerous and protective over these things. Ofc tho, lionesses r incredibly protective as well, more so than the males probably, but not more dangerous.

She is pregnant as well but still feeding her other cubs as well and protecting them too only a mother can do such a thing salute to all the mothers.
She's not pregnant. That's her milk for her Cubs. Female lionesses can't have Cubs right away after birth. Once her Cubs are grown, or if they are killed, then she'll be in heat again ready to mate. A.k.a she will ovulate again to mate.
