The cubs have very good manners, they understand that their mom needs a nap before the opening of the milk bar and afterwards they politely say thank you :D
What amazed me was that cubs were well trained, they knew mama was resting and stayed away and waited for mama to feed them. The last cube was observing and finally ran to mama happily: it is time for suckling 😍 The narration was great 👍 Loved this video but too short!
Ya’ll she made a typo - her phone probably auto-corrected. Obviously, we all knew what she meant. She has since edited the comment and fixed it. I make typos all the time. No big deal! No need to ridicule her! 🤍
@@clumsyslime3369 - The two comments above me referring to “cubes” because she accidentally wrote “cubes” instead of “cubs” was a form of ridicule and just unnecessary. Good mothers are the same no matter what the species. They know when to be loving and when to scold their little ones. This mama lion is raising her cubs right. The cubs little growls are the cutest sounds. God bless this beautiful family. I hope they stay safe.
Too cute!!! At least the music goes with the theme instead of the dramatic same ol, same ol music usually played and narrated well as to not overshadow the sounds the cubbies make ❤️🦁❤️

It is so cool 👀 the cubs trying to drink some milk but mom tells them to ✋ when she's ready then they can come suckle some milk my they grow to be adult Hood🙏bro🐅👑
A nursing mother has to wait for the milk to "let down" before she has any milk to give. If the babies nurse when there is no milk, it is very uncomfortable for mother. If she has nursed the babies recently, there won't be milk for awhile, because it takes time for her body to produce milk. She feels her milk letting down when it does. This is why nursing is "on her terms".
I can remember how many time I have watched this video. The music best described cubbies’ curiosity. Love ❤️ it! I wish we know what happened afterwards!
Mothers of all species know when it's feeding time for babies -from- babies just being greedy ..or thirsty. This is how big cats know to get back to their cubs. Breast swell with milk and hurt like hell 😭. But of course male narrators, like this one, haven't a clue😂
Great video. I take my hat off, to you, the individuals who make these highly educative, stunning and priceless wildlife features. I humbly differ with the opening line of the video commentary though, that is: "For this mother lion, hunting is far from a priority... her main concern is keeping her cubs safe and staying cool in the heat of the day." Lionesses need to feed on kills to enable their milk glands produce milk for their cubs to suckle. If lionesses do not feed on kills, then their milk glands cannot produce milk for their cubs to suckle, so hunting remains a priority throughout for lionesses. It can be distressing for both a lioness and her cubs when a lioness has not had something to eat for sometime, hence her inability to suckle her cubs. This distress is even more pronounced for lionesses that do not belong to a pride, because "single mothers" among lions, therefore have to hunt and fend for both themselves and their young. When a mother lion has not eaten for days, she can get desperate and disappear for a day or two looking for a kill, with her absence naturally causing concern and anxiety to her cubs, even putting her cubs in danger of predators, because distress calls by her cubs for their mother, can attract predators. Lionesses harshly turn away their cubs when they are unable to suckle them, which also causes distress to their cubs. It's not easy being a living thing, any living thing, including living things known as lions, and including too, living things known as human beings. The challenges that all living things go through from birth, are what evolve warriors in all living things. There is a warrior in every living thing. Best Regards, Michael M. Kamau, Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa, 29th January 2024.
Watched predator perspective How can anyone not like lions or even if you don't like them you have to respect them for the family unit they have and the love and protection they give their baby's even at the cost of their own lives for me there the most loyal of all the big cats. And they deserve our respect and protection without them we'll be in trouble ah long may they live.
*Lioness nurses her babies* People: “aw how sweet” *human mother nurses her child in public* People: “how shameless are you?! Put a sheet over yourself”
Excuse me... I don’t remember a woman being described as an animal. You just proved our point. These are animals doing this in the wild. There are cover ups for a reason. We are human beings that should show respect and decorum. Nothing wrong with breast feeding but no, I’m not trying to look at your stupid breast while I’m eating or anything else. If a woman wants to move to the animal kingdom and breastfeed , that’s always an option.
think by 2020 lions would figure out one of the members of the pride should be a doctor and practising medicine. They would be way stronger in the end and healthier. I would also consider capturing a few buffalo, keep them captive and have them reproduce for future food supply. Lions need to understand that if you continue to do the same things you will get the same results. they need to evolve.
