Smt. Sunanda Ali - Co-founder, The Peepal Grove School talks about the teaching ethos of the school. Teachers at The Peepal Grove School are oriented to use a variety of methodologies to cater to different learning styles to enable deep learning in children. Emphasis is to go beyond the textbooks, utilize innovative methodologies, constantly learn and unlearn to ensure that children are provided the tools and support to actualize their academic potential. While teachers hail from different backgrounds themselves, they are encouraged to discover themselves, find common ground in the school’s vision of education for children wherein they have the space to question, change and grow.
