@Li'l Squeak No Indian education is being harmonious with his environment and people. But not converting human consciousness into greedy money-making machines. The result is there for everyone to see. what scientist or leader will no compassion and empathy will do.
@Li'l Squeak colonization happened because the brahmins(who used to run gurukuls) had become greedy, many had become kings and hence there was dearth of good teachers. The moghul rule had made sure these gurukuls were not getting funding and thus were left to fend for themselves. You need to study our history first. Of course, the emphasis on non violence had reverse effect
@Li'l Squeak of course that is also a reason. But we got colonized not just because we were technologically inferior. The British made use of infightings mainly to colonize. Our kings were busy fighting amongst themselves. The Kshatriyas had become weak, Brahmins had become corrupt too. So there was no guiding force then

I've been a science teacher for about 20 years now in the US, Costa Rica and Colombia having taught students from all continents. The best students I have seen have been home-schooled, raised on a working farm, or have been live-a-boards on sailboats that have traveled around the world. All these students share J.K.'s vision of being intrinsically-motivated. Sadghuru, a disciple of J.K., mentions that he never wanted anyone teaching his daughter who was educated at one of J.K.'s schools. Finland, also cited for its great educational system, also puts less academic pressure on its students with amazing outcomes. As soon as teaching is forced, the mojo/magic disappears and the student rebels naturally - I have seen it in my own teachings and I have learned to avoid it at all possible costs. I was trained in the discovery learning approach for science - let the students discover the facts for themselves. Now, I teach English in Colombia, sadly which is about 180° from J.K.'s approach with their centralized standardized grammatical approach producing very few speakers of English, but instead students who feel frustrated and believe learning is difficult. How to implement J.K.'s style of intrinsically-motivated students where this is not the norm is a good question.
I feel it's important for students to have conversations with teachers. To voice their questions, concerns, opinions as peers. Authority is so pointless in teaching. It would be interesting to see a follow-up documentary about the graduates of this school system. How many go on to universities and how successful are they? What kind of jobs do they have as adults? What do graduates think about the school after they have gone out into the world and found jobs as adults? Do the graduates end up bringing their own children to this school?
my daughter went to one of these schools and she’s currently pursuing Business Technology Management in University. All her internships so far in big corporations have been nothing but appreciation from her seniors and co workers.

Oh my! I've suspected, believed and tried to practice this principle, all the time thinking either I'm too ahead of my time within my environment, or that I'd climbed the wrong tree! This documentary is so affirming of my beliefs in the true nature of learning! I think our world has invested too much, in time and effort, to do things based on principles of conflict with what is natural, always maintaining a stoic outlook to the difficulties it entails, instead of succumbing to the less energetic path of going with the flow with nature. Humans are probably the only creature on our planet that sees nature as a form of entropy that requires subduing and reinventing... such is the egocentric nature of our specie!
Conventional schooling and teaching hampers the natural intellect , it is a mechanical concept and not logical , after going through conventional education system for 17 years of my life , I am confirmed it should be changed without any delay and the system of learning as shown in this video is good even teachers are volunteers which means they are interested in helping and it's not just another job for them.
Muy interesante, vamos camino de interesantes cambios en la educación...y son muy necesarios, son las semillas de una nueva y armoniosa sociedad, donde las peculiaridaes de cada uno importa que se desarrollen...Instructivo y esperanzador video. Gracias!
Having gone to a school somewhat like this based on alternative philosophies of education, I can say that it’s really not for everyone. There are some children who need a lot of externally enforced structure. However if you are a bit artistic or imaginative or you’re watching this video and thinking I wish I could’ve gone to school like this, it would’ve been a wonderful experience for you. It certainly was for me.
I believe, that children who are challenged, can achieve a lot more at, schools, like these. We are talking about schools, here. At the end of the day, schools achieve two things, giving the students an ability to decide, what stream they should choose, and passing the 12th finals, with grades that will allow the students, to get into the university of their choice.

I agree with you. It is not for everyone. It certianly wasn't for me. My school thought it was letting me be as it was, but what it was really doing was ignoring and neglecting my learning disability and figuring out how to help me. They promoted me every year despite me not catching up on subjects. The other sides like art, theatre and singing were great. But it didn't do anything about the bullying. Didn't give me enough positive reinforcement or find accomodations for me except letting me hold onto a multiplications table chart. It said it accepted all kinds of children but did nothing to stop them from being bullied or give them extra support.
@Rishabhtechz-hc5ol I am talking about my school doing a half assed job of it. I am not attacking the system. Am saying it's not for everyone. No institute is a one size fits all. You are taking things out of context.
5.18 teacher is super brilliant The whole world will be following this kind of learning in 2092 as of now nobody knows what is the strength of a child. So the conventional schools have taken the centre stage The child realizes when he or she is around 27 years. at that time they are to face the reality of life
Conventional schools practice reading and listening. But These schools student learning everything in experimental level.Krishnamurti schools education system which produce student with sharp skills...God bless all of you...

One should know how to navigate despite these challenges... Grateful for these kids being exposed to this method of Knowledge....
This is an actual school which is needed for present day students. Society is changed by that and good relationships are maintained. I am thankful to the management for giving such wonderful education.
the only difference is that:-
my school is based on a business model
and
their school is based on an education model
I also like to start such a beautiful school ...So you are the model for my school...Amidst nature.. freedom For learning...Freedom for expression....Friendly teacher and students...Totally a successful learning and teaching Process....Just i love it....
happy to see this happening somewhere as most of the world is in competition mode. Thanks to all of them who are playing a part in this.
Love her voice...I could almost see her in every shibumi school video & even in brockwood school.
May god bless her with all the happiness.
Khaarthik Jagdhish krishnamurti did not believe in God. He was very clear about that.
Great video! The goal of education should be the holistic development of a child. When that happens, the child can naturally find his/her true calling.
I will make sure atleast my child gets this kind of Education
i think to educate a child it may be one of the greates job in life
As long as we compare with others or talk with other parents as long as we ask others salaries ranks we won't join our children in those schools
Fess is 6lakh per year
@@srinivas7343 .. How natural it is..? 6 lakhs per year!! Reallly? Real education should not be 'unaffordable'.. Should it guys.. I think not.
I heard 3.6 lakhs
Wow! Amazing. The perfect definition of "alternate education". I vouch the statement made by @v n, "your school is producing HUMAN BEINGS and not machines!!!". It does fit in here perfectly. We pray May God shower His wisdom on the management and staff involved, and all the work of their hands be a blessing to many. Many blessings guys. Love loads from Sri Lanka.

WOW!!!!! this is amazing. We need more schools like this.
I Thank God / Truth embodied as such teachings ... A fértil seed planted by Beloved Presence Krishnamurti 🙏
I am amazed at how beautiful is the concept. I loved it.
Wow what a wounderful school...may God bless all of you ,may this education system come into force all over India...may children flower as beautiful human beings

Way ahead of time .. this is perfect in so many ways but is it replicable and scalable for large populations ... the question remains
I am very glad and happy to have come across this video 🙏. I will definitely would love to visit the school and learn about the philosophy of life
Great Effort. No fixed study plan. Let student creates his own study plan and ask questions. Glad some body doing this in India. I guess Elon Musk also said it should be like this.
There are about 10 more schools as such in India
I am starting in Bangalore Jan 2021 this type of education maheshbmtech1@gmail.com please contact me on this id if any one looking this type of education.

i love the girls smile wow . what an energy with in them .
freedom brings joy to the inner self and always be blissed
Education was the main concern of Shri Krishnamurti teachings.J krishnamurti ji was very much concerned about creating schools where children could learn without any fear, distractions, competition and children could grow in their own individuality.Krishnamurti ji always emphasized on how to free from your conditioning.I am so happy to see these schools running in such a beautiful way.All around the world particularly in india all schools are destroying children in the name of education, they are simply feeding their minds with information. Now a days schools are creating only robots.
Pls ur number?
The greatness gift you can give a child is a love for knowledge and learning. And self achievement.
Really beautiful documentary and the work of the Krishnamurti schools. Education for autonomy and true leadership of life.
A pure cognitive methodology based on individual learners pace, which makes a good learning.
Vinay Kumar Yeah and there is no stress and being pressured to be compared. :)
J.K spoke the truth & told the world to live in truth & don't live in beliefs and illusions of gods and spiritual gurus . Listening to J.K s speech helped me realise the truth about myself
Mona Coelho - Thank you for telling us about your daughter. May I ask if your daughter is going to university in India and if she is doing internships in India? I’m just curious to know if graduates of this school have found success in Europe, Canada, or the United States. Best wishes to your daughter for success.
My son has been to this school and currently he is DOCTOR ( M.B.B.S ) worked in govt hospital for about 1 year as junior Resident and now preparing for his PG i have never seen him tensed and anxious about it nor in his UG days ,very compassionate personality
@@balrajnagar6655 congratulations to you and your son.
These students are subconsciously Seekers. Their attitude towards life will be completely different
I wish i was learning there, these lucky students didn't even know how hard it's outside here
Hermoso y sencillo. Una educación natural es esencial y única.
Gracias por los subtítulos.
Love the idea of this school!!!
Congratulations!! 👏👏👏
Simply wow and very lovely
Me ha encantado, esto es aprender en la vida para la vida misma.
Felicidades!!
Un recuerdo emotivo a las enseñanzas de K.
Humans are probably the only creature on our planet that sees nature as a form of entropy that requires subduing and reinventing... such is the egocentric nature of our specie!
interesting and inspiring education system!! thanks! :)
The real education. This school teaches what is life
and life should teach us how to make an school :)
Awesome! I love the idea of that kind of school
Muy interesante, vamos camino de interesantes cambios en la educación...y son muy necesarios, son las semillas de una nueva y armoniosa sociedad, donde las peculiaridaes de cada uno importa que se desarrollen...Instructivo y esperanzador video. Gracias!
It looks a Brilliant way of teaching.
Thanks for Sharing This.

The real life that this current society should learn and start living as a human rather than a machine
absoulutly, hopfully we at least can start by ourself... partially seems we all carry on with this mechanical way of life
Give every child the opportunity to go to this School. ❤
@@shivaramasharma1117 my daughter went to one of these schools and she’s currently pursuing Business Technology Management in University. All her internships so far in big corporations have been nothing but appreciation from her seniors and co workers. Jus sayin.....
5.18 teacher is super brilliant
The whole world will be following this kind of learning in 2092 as of now nobody knows what is the strength of a child. So the conventional schools have taken the centre stage
The child realizes when he or she is around 27 years. at that time they are to face the reality of life
Very very great work for student. Really like .open children's mind they live free to think present their inner capacity .like nice Gurukul ..
Conventional schools practice reading and listening. But These schools student learning everything in experimental level.Krishnamurti schools education system which produce student with sharp skills...God bless all of you...
Still we wonder our son did not get through the admission process inspite of attending dialogues. They did not inform why we were denied admission. We were disappointed.
Learning on their own ... really child centred education...developing life skills....good to see... children are really comfortable with that...
Would've loved to have gone to a school like this, a humane approach to human beings
hopefully more people came toguether and start and help this kind of project. when one do the right thing one can feel it
Love it. Look at the fluency of English. Each child is precious.
It sounds philosophically interesting, but I'm unconvinced that it's appropriately elevating students to their potential.
What is it that elevates someone to their full potential? Memorizing huge amounts of information? I'm just curious.
@@anonymoushandle007 Challenge them to go just beyond where you/they think they can reach.
this is a fantastic school . Children will develop in coherent adults and unselfish. Simple and good life.

I am a student of Patha Bhavan( Kolkata) and studied in Kala Bhavana, Visva Bharati, Sanitiniketan. At the beginning of this documentation, I felt an uncanny resemblance with the pedagogy of Krishnamurti school with Tagore's vision - as I reached the end of the video, I realized that they have taken queues from Tagore's way of learning and spirituality and fused with new methods! Remarkable! Elem notun deshe! Good to see these children! They will bloom for sure :)
