Everyone is saying that just to survive you need 3000 dollars a month.. and there is you… average one bedroom rent is around 2 -2.5k and you told that 1k … can you tell me the reason..
So I was staying near USC with students. It was a 2B2B and the total rent was ~$2,500/ month and I used to pay ~$1,000. It really depends on your lifestyle and your preference. You can find an apartment for $900 as well as $2,500. If you are a student or just graduated, I would suggest sharing the apartment and typically find it near an university to lower your costs. And once you lock in a lower rent, your total cost per month can be lowered significantly. Let me know if you have more questions!
