I have been living in Los Angeles for the past 23 years and I can not think of living elsewhere. This is the best place!! Weather is better than any place of India, UAE, Europe and rest of USA! I have lived in all these countries!

Next week, I will be visiting LA for 10 days. Surprisingly, there are no hostel kinds of stay. Hotels/Airbnb are way too costly. I need information about which SIM I should buy? (Cheap of course, should help me with the internet mostly). Android, physical sim.

Best place to live in the World. 40 years here. Houses are expensive but you build the most equity here too. I bought mine by LAX in 2002 for 600k. It’s only gone up 6 times. I invest in different States but will never move from LA. Never. Earthquakes 🤓. I learned to calculate intensity by swing of chandelier now.
Please make such video about your neighbour state Arkansas.. I heard about crime rate being highest there in comparison to whole America but I also heard beautiful yet hardworking farmlife (life of native farmers & farm house lifestyle) there. Please give more insights...

Usually handyman and other cheezo ke liye kisi neighbor se pooch lo ki kaun hai otherwise there are some websites or apps that provide these services.

Rajat Bhai LA jaisi khubsurat jagah ka koi bad or ugly point ho hi nahi sakta plz don't say any bad points. Yeh Americans ka jannat hai. Baki bhai jisme kamane ka talent hai woh kahi bhi comfortably reh sakta hai. Baki mere hisaab se New York se mehangi jagah I think poore America me nahi hogi. Thoda time pehle mere cousin ne waha 5 bedroom flate khareeda hai and uski cost 3.2 millions dollars batayi can you believe it? Shuru me mujhe laga woh esse hi phaink raha hai itna mehanga flate thodi na hoga. But baad me pta chala waha actuall me properties ke price hamesha high rehte hain.
Baki main next time jab bhi US aaunga vaada raha LA jarur aunga. Mera last time bhi aane ka plan tha but aa nahi paya. Mera waha ke kisi club me gambling karne ka collage time se dream tha. Waha jake bhale hi haar jau koi baat nahi but khelunga jarur. Upar se daaru sasti wala point bata kar to aap ne Dil hi khush kar diya. 😂

So I have seen first time cooperation with me ❤️ right 💯▶️ now, one years ago I got information about MALTA also a good 💯😊 country for first time experience people also very good there and mature with one another, also they are helpful to others I want one year or two years in working Visa there for our own expanse can be maintained which is we have spent in travelling incoming or return back to our country enjoying is not enough, but all types of experience needed in life therefore where to stay with comfortable without losing money So earning purpose is important to me.thats my whole idea of coming to the foreign countries.

I am being offered a 105 k salary in el segundo… i am earning almost 30 LPA living in Gurgaon … can I take a risk to move to LA ? Is it just enough to survive ? Or will we be able to save something good in 2-3 years ? I am being provided a L1B visa from HCLTECH
El Segundo is pretty expensive place. Its like a mile from LAX. If you are alone you maybe okay with 105k in El Segundo. If you have family this may be pretty tight. With your Visa being L.. switching job is out of picture for most part. 105-30(tax) = 75. Living alone lets say you spend 3.5k PM. this leaves you with about 30k. 25 Lakh saving. Not much han..

New York kaise hai?
I live in New Jersey. The best thing abt New York is that it has the most jobs of any place in USA. So, if you are not sure abt your career and find safety in knowing that there is always another company that can hire you then New York is the place. Do not live in New York, live in Jersey . That is where most desis live. Summer in NJ is the best. I think it is even better than Cali . I prefer NJ beaches any day over Cali beaches. Schools in NJ on average are better than any other state in USA especially where desis live. It is still possible to find comparatively cheaper housing in NJ. You might have to compromise on some aspects but still a possibility. We like to hang around in the malls on weekends . Bergen county in NJ is mall capital America. This is one thing that is severely lacking in So CAL. I visited the Irvine Spectrum center in So CAL and was severely disappointed. The only unbearable weather months in NJ are Jan and Feb. But , if you take a small vacation during that time then not a big issue. The thing abt NY metro area is that it is so huge that there is always something to do and things like weather do not affect me much. In fact I use the winter months to reflect more on work and getting house projects done. Most offices are commutable within 1-1.5 hrs. Even if you do not know driving, still you can live here.
