  • Welcome to week 16 Aqua Move of the week with the Thrive Aqua🎉💪
    Week 16 is Cross Country Ski
    Today Adel has put together a combo using the pool wall, suspended ski ski on wall, top leg forward/back kick, bottom leg forward/back kick, speed it up suspended ski on wall, rotate to forward position ski on wall long lever then shorten the lever, rotate and repeat on opposide side.
    ** Note participants may prefer to hold on to pool side/ledge or utilise a noodle for assistance.
    Tips....
    💦 instructor can demonsrtate utilising a chair on pool deck or use your arms to demonstrate as your legs
    💦 use core muscles to slide those legs on the wall
    💦 participants may require a break in between working each side
    💦 keep those arms moving to assist with remaining suspended
    💦 enjoy this combo and level up your sessions.
