    Week 5 our focus is on DOUBLE KICKS
    Today @ has put together a single kick combo.
    🦵🏻🦵🏻 double front kicks
    🦵🏻🦵🏻double front kick suspend to double side kick alternate from L to R reground in Centre to maintain stability
    🦵🏻 🦵🏻 double back kicks
    🦵🏻🦵🏻double back kicks suspend to double side kick from L to R reground in Centre to maintain stability
    Tips....
    💦 Keep your arms moving so they don’t miss out on a workout and assist with stability🤣
    💦 if unable to suspend reground between each forward/side kicks or back/side kicks
    💦 enjoy this little combo in a range of formats - boxing, intervals, choreo
