I just want to point out that Tveit was recovering from the Coronavirus and was able to sing this beautifully. He's insanely talented. And of course, crazy gorgeous but that goes without saying.

Aaron Tveit has that rare ability to take a familiar song and sing it as if you've never heard it before. Hands down one of my favourite Broadway performers.

He has starred as Bobby in a regional production before. For those who don’t know. I don’t believe there’s any bootlegs out there though.

Just discovered this on TH-cam, cannot imagine anyone singing this better. One of Sondheim's greatest songs, hands down.
I don't know a thing about this young man, except for the fact that he's a very talented musical performer; but, for some reason, he's someone that I'd really like to know. There's something about him that speaks of a fine soul within.
This is Aaron Tveit. Before the pandemic he was starring as Christian in Moulin rouge.
But he’s also played as Bobby in Company in regional productions before.
when he was younger he also originated roles in next to normal and catch me if you can on broadway!
He's also pretty famous for playing Enjolras in the Les Miserables movie

He was also in Grease: live! he played Danny Zuko. I'm going down as much of a Aaron Tveit wormhole as i can. this man is perfectly talented and needs to be cast as a Disney prince ASAP.
Tveit has said he was relieved when he did this that his voice was okay after having COVID.
Aaron's sustained notes are the acid test of a fine singing voice; and his are like momentary aural glimpses of Heaven. I'm so glad that he's getting the success that he so richly deserves. (Also -- on behalf of all those of us not named John Smith -- orchids and roses to Aaron for keeping his distinctive surname, and not taking some whitebread stage name on the grounds that it's Easier To Spell or Easier To Pronounce.)

Not only a super talented voice, he sings with such passion that’s beyond any imagination. He was SO great in the Hallmark movie the Royal Holiday. His songs sure keeps us going through this difficult period when so many lives have been impacted. 😍👍

I only discovered the fact of this wonderful man's existence a few months ago. Since then, I've been devouring every bit of his performance on the Internet that I can find; and, needless to say, I was delighted to hear that he won the Tony Award for "Moulin Rouge".
Could listen to him forever, totally not crying right now...
Athlete, mechanic and Engineer. A little like Sondheim himself. Jesus, staggering Talent. The sounds he makes. the notes he holds, his timing all well honed and rock solid. Have been checking out Sondheim since he died and stumbling across the few singers who can really handle and interpret him,. Stay healthy Aaron.
I saw the production of Company he was in at Barrington Stage Company a few years ago. At the performance I saw, I saw Sondheim coming out of the restroom while I was in line.
That's amazing!! I really wish I had seen that performance; Aaron Tveit in Company is just about the closest thing I can imagine to heaven on earth. As is seeing Sondheim coming out of a bathroom!! lol lucky you
