i am doing SHAMBHAVI MAHAMUDRA daily and i don't know people are saying energy is increased, low stress etc, of course these are there but everyone is forgetting the main thing which is "BLISSFULNESS". What a profound message! I did Inner Engineering Completion in February 2020 and since then I have been practicing Shambhavi every day. It has changed my perception of life completely. Now I can pay attention to the small things and feel joyful about them: a flower, a bee, the air that I breath, the water that I drink, the food that I ingest and I am much more balanced than before. I became a peaceful being. Also tears of gratitude come very often during my practice, I just feel very privileged to have learned that. KalaBhairava is just another name for Shiva. I have heard of something called 'Bhairava Tantra' which is similar to the 112 ways that he is hinting at.

Here in the USA, Isha wanted $2000 for me to learn Shambhavi Mahamudra at a workshop. I said thank you but no thank you. Just pick up a copy of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and it shows how to do the Shambhavi technique. I have tried it: gaze upwards into the third eye, the point between the eyebrows. I found it a strain and I did not like it one bit.
Haha it’s much more than that and it costs 800 for 4 days inner engineering program with food and accommodation.. Even a shitty hotel in Miami costs more than 200 dollars a night and doesn’t provide food and on top of that you are learning a practice that can change your life so why are you complaining?

And I am very sure, that It must be their in hatha yoga pradipika. You will not find Shambhavi Mahamudra in any book...This practice is initiated as a part of inner engineering completion program. It's a combination of 5-6 well structured practices along with proper initiation. Shambhavi mudra got nothing to do with this one 😊 Hope you got it cleared now. You could go for Inner Engineering Completion after completing Inner engineering.
Shambavi is a door way . Whatever still its the same common method of meditative practice for everyone. Whereas in 112 meditation, it is clearly narrated that only one among 112 will work for 1 person.
1. Doer of any practice, either worldly or spiritually, must be very clear about the destination before starting the said practice. Simply open the door without knowing where to go is scientifically not correct. Anyone can do that type of aimless opening without any need for initiation. In spiritual journey one should very clearly understand about the destination. Some time the very knowledge of that destination may reveal that we are already in that destination. Opening the door may lead nowhere if destination is not understood before doing anything!

They are just earning money through this technique which is deserved to all people ,they will not charge u genuinely, no doubt on techniques but they r selling different techniques for different prices
Are there any videos detailing this practice, or some aspects of it?? I like listening to Sadguru because he used to offer practical advice, actual techniques. Now most of his talks are hypocritical in nature, it seems. The best thing I ever learned from a TH-cam video was the Wim Hof breathing method. That's the most powerful breathing technique I've ever discovered and has incredible benefits for distressing and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Some EFT techniques, like tapping various pressure points, I've also found beneficial, as I also do grounding. If anyone knows of videos with very practical techniques like the ones I mentioned,.I'd appreciate it. I know the thing to do is read his book, "Inner Engineering," to access this knowledge, btw, I'm just really poor and can't afford to buy the book right now. I'm disabled and without a car as well. This inflation is killing me, and anyone on a fixed income..

@Anubhav Panda , i think at this young age in 20`s one should be vibrant.since you mentioned due to your lifestyle your facing lots of problem, so its time to become more conscious towards life. Regarding your question i think main reason for issue of your memory loss may be consuming various external nervous stimulants, if i am not wrong. if you start practicing shambhavi on regular base your system will be stable by is own and wont require any external stimulus , so it will rejuvenate your system by its own.
One more thing, can this kalabhairava process be done even after a few months after the death. My mother passed away in April this year. Can it be done now? Is it only for people who are with sadhguru or for others as well? I am waiting to do my inner engineering since they say it is a pretty requisite to become an volunteer at Isha. Because of the lock down I have not been able to do it. I prefer doing a regular course than online. Please guide me. Thanks in advance.
@sunil Angadi , Pranam Kalabhairava Karma- This is a ritual for the deceased, done by invoking Devi’s Grace within a particular time span after death. It brings a certain ease and pleasant transition for both natural and unnatural deaths. Kalabhairava Shanti- This ritual can be performed any time after death, especially when the deadlines applicable for Kalabhairava Karma have passed. The ritual is conducted on Amavasya (new moon). It can be repeated every month or every year. If time is elapsed for kalbhairava karma , you can do kalabhairava shanti for your mother . It will help in smoothing the process of after death. Pranam

@@pulse3605 the kriya happens for 21 mins ..the preparatory asanas will take 11mins-13 mins ..so nearly 35 mins

Here in the USA, Isha wanted $2000 for me to learn Shambhavi Mahamudra at a workshop. I said thank you but no thank you. Just pick up a copy of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, and it shows how to do the Shambhavi technique. I have tried it: gaze upwards into the third eye, the point between the eyebrows. I found it a strain and I did not like it one bit.
Haha it’s much more than that and it costs 800 for 4 days inner engineering program with food and accommodation.. Even a shitty hotel in Miami costs more than 200 dollars a night and doesn’t provide food and on top of that you are learning a practice that can change your life so why are you complaining?
@@Prashant-cw3ir Namasthe Prashant Ji. it was a few years ago that I did the initial online Inner Engineering course, and following that they wanted $2000 for a weekend course on the Shambhavi Mahamudra. They said that I would get to sit at dinner table with Sadhguru! But after carefully thinking it over, I decided against it. I am very happy for you if you have found that the practice changed your life.

That eyebrow gazing and all that you might have heard from sadhguru on youtube, is actually shambhavi mudra. And I am very sure, that It must be their in hatha yoga pradipika.
You will not find Shambhavi Mahamudra in any book...This practice is initiated as a part of inner engineering completion program. It's a combination of 5-6 well structured practices along with proper initiation.
Shambhavi mudra got nothing to do with this one 😊 Hope you got it cleared now. You could go for Inner Engineering Completion after completing Inner engineering.

1. Doer of any practice, either worldly or spiritually, must be very clear about the destination before starting the said practice. Simply open the door without knowing where to go is scientifically not correct. Anyone can do that type of aimless opening without any need for initiation. In spiritual journey one should very clearly understand about the destination. Some time the very knowledge of that destination may reveal that we are already in that destination. Opening the door may lead nowhere if destination is not understood before doing anything!

I like listening to Sadguru because he used to offer practical advice, actual techniques.
Now most of his talks are hypocritical in nature, it seems.
The best thing I ever learned from a TH-cam video was the Wim Hof breathing method. That's the most powerful breathing technique I've ever discovered and has incredible benefits for distressing and activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Some EFT techniques, like tapping various pressure points, I've also found beneficial, as I also do grounding.
If anyone knows of videos with very practical techniques like the ones I mentioned,.I'd appreciate it.
I know the thing to do is read his book, "Inner Engineering," to access this knowledge, btw, I'm just really poor and can't afford to buy the book right now. I'm disabled and without a car as well. This inflation is killing me, and anyone on a fixed income..

@Anubhav Panda , i think at this young age in 20`s one should be vibrant.since you mentioned due to your lifestyle your facing lots of problem, so its time to become more conscious towards life.
Regarding your question i think main reason for issue of your memory loss may be consuming various external nervous stimulants, if i am not wrong. if you start practicing shambhavi on regular base your system will be stable by is own and wont require any external stimulus , so it will rejuvenate your system by its own.
Stop wheat, dairy, sugar. Exercise, take supplements, drink distilled water.

One more thing, can this kalabhairava process be done even after a few months after the death. My mother passed away in April this year. Can it be done now? Is it only for people who are with sadhguru or for others as well? I am waiting to do my inner engineering since they say it is a pretty requisite to become an volunteer at Isha. Kalabhairava Karma-
This is a ritual for the deceased, done by invoking Devi’s Grace within a particular time span after death. It brings a certain ease and pleasant transition for both natural and unnatural deaths.
Kalabhairava Shanti-
This ritual can be performed any time after death, especially when the deadlines applicable for Kalabhairava Karma have passed. The ritual is conducted on Amavasya (new moon). It can be repeated every month or every year.
If time is elapsed for kalbhairava karma , you can do kalabhairava shanti for your mother . It will help in smoothing the process of after death.
