I really like these kinds of videos, and the idea of looking back at your games and trying to find better lines in general. Speaking of, in Game 1, if Aditya had played Darius in his Extra Deck (which he didn't I believe, I think he was on 2 Caesar), it might have been the move to set and destroy Talents with Aruha instead of activating it to end on Machinex. Given that he already committed to Tour Guide, and Talents as the only means to possibly fix his hand was vulnerable to Ash as well.
Believe it or not, there was a better line by popping talents: Aruha and TGU into Muckraker, Muckraker summon back Aruha by discarding RHINO. Rhino eff summon back Aruha. Combo. But who in this UNIVERSE is going to pop their own LIVE Triple Tactics, keep in mind all he needs to do is draw a single spell/trap. (He a drew a second Aruha + TGU)
@@PhyYuGiOh Oh right, I forgot about the Muckraker discard... No shot would I have done it either in his position, but now looking back at the situation I might at least consider it in the future, and if it's only to flex on my opponent

Game 2, did he pop Prison with Sharvara? I guess that plays around Droll, but Prison can search the S/Ts, so he could probably get access to Escape here.
8:59 Can someone explain to me how Sharvara was able to activate its ability, even though it was sent to the GY as an XYZ material. I thought a card cannot be sent to the GY if it's attached as an XYZ material. Would like some more input, unless I'm confusing detaching a material, since that should definitely not count as being sent to the GY, due to the Sangan + Tour guide combo that happened when the type was first introduced.
Whatever happens to the XYZ, be it activating it's effect or getting removed from the field, the materials go to the GY, and are Sent there. That's like the whole gimmick from the BA's effects and Dante
I'm so proud of myself for I came up with the "Rakea-checkmate" (as I called it) line of play months ago, too bad I'm better in theory than in practice... but memes aside, I believe Unchained to really be (not the strongest but) the best deck ever existed, and it makes me sad I had to sell it...
im trying to think game 2 from paks position. assuming his last card was Oliver i believe, I would run over the caesar, they get the set from sharvara. ss oliver, pitching maugis. in this moment, aditya could respond with either little knight or sharvara pop, either way, pak would have lost 1 body. if no resp, use oliver to make anima. another point of response. same situation, but way more telegraphed about the intention to go into little knight. aditya would likely respond at this point but only with sharvara to pop and summon bodies. could have done the exact same as well, with yama getting out rakea too. but its not a good spot for aditya. you pop the anima, they still have fenrir on board that gets its eff next turn or you pop the anima that is still a body to use for paks own little knight because aditya knows he hasnt committed the normal summon yet. whatever gets popped from here, pak just normals ricci and gets 2 bodies while aditya can only remove 1. worst case, pak ends on little knight pass. best case, pak full combos. in conclusion, i think baiting with oliver summon would have led to a better outcome in game 2 for pak
So the one thing, and yes I thought about this, is that when you use Little Knight to out the set, the Escape does not need to summon Abominable from the deck instead it summons a monster that floats, and yama summon Rakea from the GY. Now Aditya can use Rakea whenever he wants to summon Abominable, instead of the Abominable having to pop the the normal summon. Also the problem to this is that you also reveal full hand knowledge, so its less likely for Aditya to misplay as well. not using your normal summon only telegraphs that you have a Normal Summon in hand.
@PhyYuGiOh I'm not so proficient in unchained so that's good to understand but if my card economy is correct, pak would have still had 4 potential bodies to Adityas 2 removals. Something could have been done and Aditya as i understand it didn't have anything after the discard from abominable but perhaps I'm missing something

If you ever played against Infernoble, they pop cards in the field, specially in the S/T zone for an average Tuesday. Therefore, no, better draw 2 and hope you draw your answers/extenders than to set and troll your chances
"Enjoy watching feature matches" Feature matches tend to suck. Like at worlds where it was mostly won by just drawing outs/floodgates in the finnals and top 4.
@@PhyYuGiOh While I will admit I was wrong to say worlds finals was decided by drawing floodgates/blowouts, it still sucked. G1 was dlink full combo. It gets Ashed and now you can't even pop a thing to summon blue doggo. It's the same reasoning as the Tour Guide fumble

Well I can mostly agree that like 30-40% of games are blowouts, the Worlds Final definitely was not: because I made a video on that one!
