    I'm a bit behind you in my resto of my 89 Special, the steering columns U bolts are a right pain .... I think they use a sheer bolt that breaks off when they're fitted in the factory. I've cut them off in the past 🤪 ... you can get replacement U-bolts 😎👍

    Excellent progress. I should have counted up the number of times the piece in the middle was repeated but it did help to lengthen the video. Plenty of clear coats means lots of scope for polishing. You can't do that when you only have a few coats of 1 pack or celly.

    Brilliant progress Phil. I assume this is 2 pack paint. Is the final clear coat actually clear or is it coloured similar to the base coat. Does the Sun always shine over there?😂

      Trust me, it doesn't always shine! Anyway, the clear coat is just that.. it's your varnish of you will. Even if the basecoat is a Matt finish it seems to make it gloss
