I love these 4.2 v8s , my dad used to own a audi rs4 b7 (same engine) he straightpiped it with butterfly valve exhaust. Such a sleeper when the stock mufflers are on.

No valve, it just stayed loud 😂 If you plan to do alot of freeway miles you may wanna pay more and get valves. I did more local driving so I loved it personally

Hey i have a question, what kind of straight pipe is this? some r8's sound like a muscle car if you straight pipe it and that sounds so bad , but this one sounds clean man!

Wasn't actually cold. It was at engine temp like 20 mins before it started. That car is sold. I have a gated R8 now with a different straight pipe setup

The left lane is for passing. If your going the speed limit then stay in the right lane. If you go the speed limit in the left lane and people start lining up behind you, you can get a ticket for impeding the flow of traffic.

Have you had any issues with your clutch?
2009. They ware out. But no issues. If you take care of them they last at least 30,000 miles. Reversing up hill is the worst for them

@@f-250blacksmokedawg3 have an independent party read the clutch life left. New clutch with labor is around $8k
