2003 Silverado SS Flowmaster 50 Series Big Block exhaust before and after

- The beginning of the video is a 100% stock Silverado SS exhaust. The stock exhaust consisted of factory headers into dual cats thru 3" pipes to the gigantic muffler. Then it left the muffler thru two 3" pipes that went into a "Y" and then the 3.5" taipipe and SS tip.
Now it's still stock up to the 3" Dual in, 3.5" single out Flowmaster 50 series Big Block muffler. Sounds great.....mean quiet rumble at idle and really mean roar at WOT. I should've put my camera a little farther away to cut down on the distortion............but you can definately tell the difference! - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ

Very nice! I got a few SS vids on my page. Its my brothers 03 SS. We have a set of Pacesetter long tube headers no cats to a magnaflow muffler (duel in duel out) dumped after the rear axel. Custom PCM tune and we are about to install a cam kit and get a new tune for the cam.

Hey I have a 2500 6.0. And it currently has a FM. 50 suv and that sucker just drones like no other. Is there any drone with the Big Block?
The part number is 530513, the dual 3" in, offset single 3.50" out. I got mine at a muffler shop for $300 installed. I'm not sure if you can bolt it on but I wouldn't recommend it. The muffler is the only thing different. The rest of the exhaust is 100% stock. I will probably get high flow cats sometime in the near future.

Not that I've noticed. You can still hear it with the windows up but it isn't obnoxious sounding inside at all.
Was it loud inside at highway speeds
buddy I have a 454 suburban with magna flow and the drone is killing me , can you hear and feels the drone with this one , is it annoying in long drives? thank you
Try a dual 3" magnaflow, and after that route it into a dual 3" flowmaster 50 series if you have room. The magnaflow will stop the "pop corn" sound, and the flowmaster will simply quiet the exhaust.

Buddy did 30in cherry bomb glasspack to a flowmaster 10 to 3in duals. It sounded deep as hell and rather clean

The flowmaster sounds a lot deeper. I'm gettin one for my truck now.
Even though this is the quietest muffler available from Flowmaster, it definitely sounds better than stock. Reminds me of an off shore racing boat exhaust!
