Hi. did you measuring the dB at the FM 50 ? Because in my cuontry I can not go over 87 dB at 6 feet behind and 4 feet from the ground. This is how the government measure !!
I used the clamps temporary so that I can hear it and decide if I keep it or replace it with another series. I ended up keeping it and welding it all up later.
If you have the Active Fuel Mgmt option that shuts cylinders off at cruising speeds, I strongly suggest leaving the flapper valve in. It sounds like crap otherwise
I love how serious you are
I have the 50 Delta on my 04 and I love it
Nice job, it will sound better with the resonator removed. sending blessings from Orlando fl
Much quieter than I thought. Just got one for a 2011 Tahoe and am installing it tomorrow.
Good luck 👍
Pretty ballzy running an angle grinder with no shield!
6:03 for sound clip
Stock mufflers are damn heavy
Heavy n restrict your performance

No I didn't. Where I'm at u can b as loud as u want.
How is the cab noise? I was looking into the Super 50 muffler since my stock muffler is starting that annoying rattlle
Noticeable on a load. Regular driving is fine.
Do you have to weld it or can u just use those clamps

how's it sounding on road trips on the Highway? loud or quite ? thx
It's pretty quiet, u have to pay attention to hear the sound on cruise control.
Thx I just had one installed on my 09 Tahoe sounds great.
@@alien-metal how much did you pay?
A Cuban guy with Polynesian tats on his forearm. What the hell is this world coming to ?
How’s the drone in the cab? I want one but with 3 kids, I’m weary of the drone.
U get some when u give it gas..
Nice setup and probably shaved 20 pounds
what size pipe did u you add to cover that extra space?
3" pipe.
Do you have an SUV or a car, and are you putting it on your SUV or car.. I looked everywhere for the serious but I can't find it
This is my Tahoe. It's a family suv. I got this flowmaster at Amazon
Why did u leave the flappper valve in the pipe ?
In case I want to go back. If I decide to keep the flowmaster 50. I'll cut it off and weld it all together.

50 serious
Yes sr.
I got some super 44 series. Can I use those. And it will be a little louder
Yeah, way louder
@@TheCuban.45 ok cool I got the free brand new I wanted to buy a Tahoe next so perfect
Jason Momoa just changed a muffler.....
He just install a flowmaster 50serious 😂😂😂😂
You didn't take the valve off because why?!
Eventually I did.
same sound
Purpose of the 50 series is to get the performance without the noise
It sounds better without being too loud. Give it 30+ days and it should be just a little louder. Cheers from Tampa!!
I thought so
Wth?? It sounds exactly the same as stock almost. I just watched another video with the 50 series and it did not sound like this one at all.
With the cats installed, it sounds low. But u still get the performance. This is on a family car, didn't want too much noise.
First .. no result for sound
Second ... for sure it will leak 😮
It didn't leak. Got lucky. But I did end up welding it up ones I was sure it was the one I wanted.
🤣🤣🤣🤣The disappointment
👎
resonator should come off
I ended up taking it off too.
Sounds the same
Just a little louder. But the performance is noticeable. Remember, this is a family suv
