Hi happy sam! Which kind of milk powder is best in making a drinkable yogurt? I have tried full cream milk but the texture of its yogurt is too thick to make it drinkable. I Have also noticed in the vid before you added the vanilla flavor, it also looks like a thick yogurt until you stir it. Will it stay in liquid form (not the thick one before you stir it) even after days when you packed it in a bottle? Looking forward for your response. Many thanks!

This is very very educational But I have questions, How do you measure what quantity of sugar and starch you should add to your yoghurt if you’re making Greek yoghurt? Also what quantity of starter should you add to your milk if you’re making Greek yogurt? Also can you use powdered milk mixed with water? If yes how do you measure that too. Cause it might be difficult to get pure direct cow milk here.(I’m in Nigeria)

You can use any room as long as it is at room temperature, maybe you can incubate from insulated buckets that preserve the heat

You could try skimmed milk, it's good in yoghurts. It dissolves very well & yes it stays in liquid form, it is just creamy but not thick

How long can you refrigerate before the fermentation process stops, because most of our customers doesn't have fridge to keep it refrigerated always
Freeze for 5-6hrs after fermentation then add your preservative, fermentation will stop.
