    The trick is to rationalize your emotions. If you feel such an emotion, try to understand it. For example, ask questions in your mind: “why am I feeling such an emotion?”, “why should I care?”, if you do this, automatically your rational side will dominate the emotional one, and thus you - in addition to having understood more about this emotion - will be able to tame it.

    if you wanna be like ayanokoji, go hit up the gym, and no not lifting. pick a martial art and focus on heavy bag. you ll literally get conditioned to suppress your emotions. let s say you r angry, sad, disappointed or even super happy. once you ll start hitting that heavy bag, all your emotions disappear and the only thing you can think about is how to manage your breathing well, and imagine the heavy bag is your negative self. this changed my life. i now have so much control over my emotion.

  • @Linxdesu
    @Linxdesu 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +59

    I do something similar but instead of not showing any emotion on my face I always smile no matter how I feel, i can think strategically because i can control my emotions easily, I always come of as happy and cheerful in my opinion it works better then not showing now emotions. It also works in your favor in a bit more ways but also not showing emotion can be strategic as said in the video both hold nearly the same aspect and do nearly the same thing but both has its ups and downfalls pros and cons, you have to be able to use it in a way beneficial to you also learning to quickly shift your emotions can help with learning this. Although it is not good to suppress your emotions you just have to use them in the correct way.
    Quote - Learn to use your emotions to think, not think with your emotions
    Quote - To master your emotions is not to suppress, It is to process them with diligence and express them with Intelligence.

    I always found that as long as you try to understand WHY you feel those emotions, you can calm down. For example, sadness.
    If you feel sad and begin to think about why you feel sad, I personally find myself gradually losing it as im understanding it

    I did this in all of middle school (2012-2015) because I was bullied a lot. My parents told me the bullies found satisfaction in me reacting to their bullying so I stopped showing emotion to everything (because I had to commit to it fully). I did it and the bullying stopped till the end of middle school.
    Though when I entered high school I had a hard time fitting in because I shut myself off from other people thru the entirety of middle school. I didn't know how to react to stuff, strike conversations, or form relationships because I killed off emotions. It wasn't until the last year of high school when I finally decided to step up
    I'm a normal functioning adult now and def don't recommend suppressing emotions 💀 The amount of trial and error and embarrassment I had to go through just to be normal again wasn't worth it

    • @ravenous3424
      @ravenous3424 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +12

      Had these issues for most of my childhood, I can still find expression hard at times. There is truth in that one should not react purely on emotions, but it's all too easy to make an actual disconnection from them. I used to get stuck like that and it just made me have no reactions to anything. I'd often only feel dread and anxiety, and nothing could provoke anything else. It disconnected me from people and made me feel like I was subhuman or "have a screw loose".
      Take these videos with a grain of salt, act rationally and honestly but don't blunt your emotions.

Yeah, of coarse my friends would punch me, push me down the stairs, starve me, cut me etc AND pretend to me my friends so no one would believe me. then I shut off everyone from my life and became absolutely emotionless now I'm fighting and to regain emotions like happiness anger grief etc.

    Personal Notes:
    -Emotions are the greatest inhibitor to power
    -identify your feelings and use it productively rather than give in
    (Robert Greene once gave an example of Oppenheimer using his narcissistic nature productively)
    -Meditate daily
    -when people provoke you see through them and try to analyze and understand them rather than react, understand their motives
    -Remember the grander goal, don't react and ask yourself if this will contribute to your greater purpose, if not don't indulge
    -don't make decisions under intense emotions wait and make them under rationality
    -optimistic nihilism, will this really matter in the bigger picture?
    -don't take it personally it's all a game after all

It is iportant first to love yourself, your interior child to pit it in a way. Emotions are to now better each other, if the other thinks other else something that isnt you then, ist just an thought by the other person, just ignore that part cua yoursel with the time is how they will know you better c:

    Meditation is the best. Close your eyes and rid your brain of info collecting. Your eyes & ears are constantly sending info for your brain to calculate. If u want to get your focus you must close your eyes in a quiet place where your brain can think on it's own with no influences from sight or sound. Meditation is basically using the full 5% we use for our daily lives and with that you can control your emotions or get an idea of how to in order for u to start. Meditating is the best place to start in my opinion.

    Thankfully I am not ayanokoji. He wasn’t controlling his emotions, he lacked them. The easiest way to control your emotions are through Jesus Christ. I made it my soul mission to learn to control my vessel in the year of 2023 because I started doing things that I did not agree with and expressed emotion in ways I did not agree with. I struggled with the idea that there was no way that I could just do this overnight and change how I respond to things that make me angry, sad, or depressed.
    Luckily, in previous years, I tackled depression successfully with Jesus and so I got a brief idea of how to control everything else. The things that occurred during the process of this change made it feel like magic but magic is not a good way to describe the changes that occurred in my mind. It was seamless no force no pain no confusion just a seamless change in mind. I will inevitably sound silly here, but if you would like to experience true joy, even in times where you are supposed to be suffering, you can only do that through Jesus Christ. It took me having to live in my car to find that out.

    There are some people trying to say losing emotions is wrost it is true but it depends on your condition like if you are surrounded by sankes like people you cant show them your true emotions about what you feel because they can make a fun of you if you really wanted to become like him then you have to become powerful like you are being calm then some people who thinks you are doing shit will try make fun of you but you need to have the power to humble you had to minimise your social anxiety by making freind who are kind and can be trusted it will help you to walk alone because you will be not alone ayankouji just not simple.sit and watches his friend circle is farmore than many of his classmates even if he thiks them as pawns but he also making them strong to be more productive dont care about trash people talk to only who are kind hearted love yourself
    Being ayankouji is not really mean to be isolated its to become your best verison and for improving your life.stay happy because you know what you feel beside of thinking i cant do anymore i cant push my limits just focus on being strong mentally and physical.

    Here are my notes:
    Practice techniques for emotional control:
    1. When you have a feeling use it instead of it consuming you , if it's envy about a person then use it to surpass them.
    2. Meditate
    3. Avoid players (people who play with your emotions)
    4. Consider past and future in all situations when possible, dont make a decision when under a strong emotion.
    5. Dont take it personally, nothing will matter in the end of your life.
    If you dont take it personally, No one can hurt you with words.

    Mmm. After years of putting on a tough mask. I realized Emotions aren’t your enemy. You can express emotions while still being reasonable. People become stoic and shut of emotions because they don’t wanna feel the pain of their emotions again. But energy can’t be destroyed only transferred, essential you damned your emotions, and one day your body will break from pressure from nervous breakdown. I don’t believe that strong people are stoned faced killers. You’re hiding from your emotions. The strongest people in my opinion chooses to see the pain of the world, chooses to feel it all, allows themselves to cry whilst doing the right thing. Cry, it’s good for you. The power of the flesh isn’t to become a machine, but to test the power of the soul, not by wearing armour and being invulnerable but to see how far one can go while being fully exposed. Armour is weakness. People need to understand the difference between taking a step back to process emotions and completely shutting off their emotions, one is a healthy adaptation , and the other is a temporary survival coping mechanism meant to keep you safe from a perceived danger such as emotional abuse by a caregiver. Wrongly misunderstanding the two, and being completely emotionless defeats the whole purpose of being human. There’s a reason we’re made from weak flesh, it’s not to be a machine, but to feel things. Look at this character, dead eyes, not a dynamic being. caring so much about reputation , giving into peer pressure and throwing your authenticity away because of how society perceives you is weak character. Make the mistake, feel the emotions, and expressing emotions are the strongest things a human can do in my opinion. Lean into your emotions, truly emotional people are calm and dynamic, the angry people still hasn’t fully explored their emotionality yet. When you fully embraced emotions and understood all facets, none can threaten you, you cannot be provoked, cannot be aggrieved, yet you’re dancing and singing with a lively face. You move by your own chords and not by the set standards of society. The difference between stoicism and the ones who leans into their humanness.

      Honestly being emotionless is just total calm you don't feel anything it's very boring but your thinking becomes sharp and also the ability to stay calm is a plus.

    • @verificado.
      @verificado. 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@zigachad7577... It really is a total calm, but this calm also leaves life without a “spice”, as Hypernova said. It's great to have that calm, however, sacrificing everything that makes life more colorful is not the best option, because life is only enchanting (grace - I don't know if I managed to convey what I meant, because I'm just translating from my language to English) when there are identified emotions and feelings. And if life loses this, it starts to become very linear, and... it loses its essence (which makes it intriguing), because without our “touch”, all things are and remain neutral, and, “without life” - That's what neutrality does: it takes nuances and turns them into NOTHING; absolutely nothing.
      Everything you said makes sense, but for me, it's not worth exchanging "EVERYTHING" for "NOTHING", because, although I really want inner peace, I still want to be able to feel life, and especially, and above all, to feel that I am and am alive.

    There is a difference between controlling your emotions, and simply not having them. Ayanokoji is a psychopathic character that I hope one day can learn to feel emotions again. Wanting to be like him is not a desire you should NOT have. Being detached in the real world will create problems for you. Loneliness is real, and as much as any person may hate to admit it, you aren’t living if you are truly, and I mean truly, lonely. That is Ayanokoji’s weak point. When you are detached you can make friends but you will never have a real, human connection without sharing real human emotions. Having friends without close friends is a type of loneliness that can drive you mad. You DO NOT want to be like Ayanokoji. Learning to control your emotions is good, but like I said before, Ayanokoji simply does not have them.

    Ayanokoji is so much like me, it's uncanny, he is unironically literally me. In fact he is not "like" me he IS me, not only because we share the same personality by both treating people like tools and never considering anyone as a friend, only caring about winning in the end, but we also do the EXACT same actions, not figuratively, but absolutely literally exactly the same actions, i rigged my exams to have lower my scores, because i don't want to stand out, and that's the same thing he did, when ayanokoji said "i've failed to have friends" i said the exact same thing in start of my highschool, i also immediately identified the groups that formed natural in the start of the semester, which is also the same thing he did in episode 1, someone also called the school to expel me, which is the same thing that hapoened to him as well. not only that, but i also have a harem of cute girls, i have a black haired girl that treats me like absolute garbage (but she actually loves me) i also told a blonde girl to spread her legs(she actually loves me so it's okay) i also have a girl with glasses act afraid near me(she actually loves me, she's just too shy too admit it) i was also at the last section of our school, and i also made everyone pass in that class in the last minute, with my genius strategy skills, i also tricked a lot of people to believe that the girl did everything, and i actually didn't do anything to save my class, they were just pawns in my big brain chess game with the school and they all helped to me winning in the end, i had strict parents that forced me to study very hard mathematical equations in a very young age to train me for school, which is also the exact same thing as to ayanokoji's childhood.
