I agree with no 2 the most, it's necessary to surround yourself with the right people; the type who will lift you up, and not bring you down.

And yes I write everything down ( I write my own songs already ) so it’s important for me to write things down and yea I think most people have a bad habit of these online socials or games I prefer to read a book 📕 not online I like to write in the margins and yes meditation helps yoga Mindfulness is important 🦋🦋🦋🦋

Its important to note that there are many kinds of smart not just academic ones.
    1) Street smart
    2) Academic smart or the top of their class.
    3) Lingguistic smart or can quickly understand & use other langguage.
Most people especially boomers scold a kid because they perform poorly in school but what they dont realize is that the kid might not be as smart when it comes to academics but when it comes with other stuff that kid is a genius.

There are more ways to learn, at least 9; the only problem is that schools only teach one way and leave every one else that does not understand behind, nobody is dumb! everybody in life is intelligent! nobody no human being is stupid!!!!! everybody in the world is smart! you don't need anyone to tell you that, it only matters how YOU learn nothing more, find the way that helps you learn and you will see that you can do and learn everything!

Rule 1: True, since movement is training you many things. It teaches you how to fight and how to face possible enemys and even more. Without movement your brain is standing still. Do some martial arts like karate or judo for example, it can be very effective. Other ways also do exist, choose whatever you like. Inform youself, if you aren't yet about some things you may wanna do. Maybe not following this Rule was the biggest mistake of my life in even more ways than listed here.
Rule 2: It basically says "Don't spend your time with dumbasses or dumb people, who don't give you any advantage" , since a real smart person does take advantage from everything.
Rule 3: Basically combine the methods that train the pure cognitive aspects of your brain with these that actually decorate it with new inspirations.
Rule 4: Use journaling and mindmapping to reflect what you have been doing in the past and your own decisions at the specific time to in fact find a way to make a form of exponential intelligence growth by using your knowledge of the past and its results to form new knowledge.
Rule 5: Doomscrolling has no use and just wastes your time. It also has an actual reference to point 2 partwise, which you can probably see know. If you are smart. If not look again.
Rule 6: This is also, what many warriors and other people did in the past. A real man does know how to channel his own emotions and his energy and act calmly, still also clearly, leading the situation to the result he wants. I have seen this kind of "tip" also in another video already.
5:37 Meditation is strong, but most people don't actually use it. Go into youself instead of staying outside. Try to sharpen your mental state.
Rule 7: Talking is silver, remaining silent is golden. You just need to know, when you should better talk, and when you should better stay quiet. Listening is also one of my strenghts. Reflective Listening I still have to learn a bit. Possibly.
Rule 8: Confront your limits and don't stick to the old. Set yourself challenges.
Rule 9: YES, you can't improve by sitting in you room, thinking about what you COULD do, that won't help you. Learn how to use your knowledge instead of having it inside youself "in reserve".
7:42 secret reference to point 1 actually.
Rule 10: Strategy could actually be the most important thing, Yeah. I'm saying something later then about this. Wait a bit.
8:19 With much love you could also say that it is like having a sword, but slashing it into air, but most likely doesn't fit here. At least as an alternative comparison.
8:23 Yeah, you always have to plan like 1.000.000 steps in advance to outcome potential unexpected issues AND to overcome your opponents.
8:28 purpose is an very important aspect. If you seem like that you do not know what you are doing, you are also more likely to be attacked, already heard about this topic in another video. The ones, who appear weak are the ones, who will fail in the end.
8:46 I have another tip related to that. Keep your environment in the eye and don't let youself be distracted by your phone for example. Like that you can actually spot potential dangers earlier and decide, what you then do. Show attention.
8:58 You don't win a war without having a strategy simply said. You can store nukes over nukes, but in the end it won't bring you anything, if you don't know, how you want to use them. Now summing it up.
Thanks for your time Amon, this was very deep and dark and I like the concept and design of this video very much. Now I'll join water nation. In my opinion faith is also a very big part of this all, but can't really tell right now. I think I need to improve in all of the named aspects, but many of them I don't have under good control at the time and I also can't really follow the ones, I've said myself, because I am mentally ill. When I am healthy again, then maybe. Just realized even more by this that I was living under my own level the whole time. Ok, people please let me know, if I missed anything important in my message. Learn bloodbending or something, reference to Rule 8. Be an anime character.

    • @firefox1133
      @firefox1133 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

And before too many people see this and think I am straight up dumb, I'd rather add something again. I said water nation in the end, but since the nations like that didn't exist anymore in korra it was actually stupid, maybe water tribe would have been fitting better, still can't tell, but guys guys guys, you didn't realize, you didn't realize, I was doing this on "purpose" to draw you into the trap of thinking I'm an idiot. Lol no it's actually that I didn't ever really watch Legend of Korra and am not informed well, but will probably catch that up some time. I just like saw the story of amon in a TH-cam video, but nothing else as far as I remember, the actual series in its whole I never viewed. Just know that it is about a new avatar and all the persons from "Avatar: The Last Airbender" grew old and much more I don't have in my head rn. Maybe there was an actual purpose behind saying it, but still then it definitely wasn't that. Another thing that could also be important, now related to the video once more, could be: Expand your vocabulary. Since knowing more words to say something can also help your brain adapt better and you are able to communicate in better ways and probably also easier, also refers to what he said about learning languages a bit. Yeah, but despite that I still don't want to claim here that I'm like the best english speaker or something, lmao no, on the contrary, most things I mention here I actually need to google first, not all of them but most of it and I definitely should also do this more, because I am very often thinking about using some expressions that are yeah like "expressing" something completely different than what I am planning to declare. I mean if I am too stupid to make use of google, nobody is able to help me doubtless. Still contain over very good logic thinking and can connect many things together. Probably am authistic or something, idk. I actually have seen a video someday, where Einstein and other well-known famous people were named to have had autism, but I don't know what in fact I should believe there. Just TH-cam fake-news sometimes, although that was most likely not even fake news. Jo, now I realized, but am still not sure. I perhaps have to return to the certain video again in the future at times to get it. Lul now I am wondering about another topic, it's how americans, and possibly also britains, indeed feel, when they are reading the comments on TH-cam, since there must be sooo many ones that are just grammatically completely wrong, as people from all over the world are writing there, even I am so stupid with this many times, but I improve by doing this here. At least vocabularywise. Definitely has to be weird for them. Ok, enough. Whoever is reading this have a good day, or night or whatever suits to you at the moment.
Or maybe one last thing, a question to the owner of this channel: Do you have like an e mail or something that is for inquiries or I'd better say is there any way to contact you personally, cause I'd like to ask you a few questions. Think yourself a questionmark here.
