I have been practicing these exercises for approximately six months: reading books, playing chess, exercising, and meditating. Now I can certainly say that this is real. I have more mental fluidity and a critical perspective as logic; In addition, it is also interesting to know what the psychology of the people around me is like.
Depending on how you apply the knowledge, you can persuade or influence other people.

Let's Clear Things Up: DNA Storage…
Hey guys, there seems to be a misunderstanding about the phrase where I said, "You can store 433 PB of data inside 1 gram of your DNA." Though there's no direct correlation between this and cognitive ability, I just wanted to let you know about the true human potential. Humans are much more capable than we think we are.
    P:S
And if you're sad about the fact that you can't actually store that much into your brain, don't be upset. You are still much more capable than you think you are. Just think about the peoples you admire, the chess players you've always watched (who are able to think ahead the whole game), the masterminded politicians and statesmen from history. Emperors like Genghis Khan, celebrated as one of history's most remarkable conquerors, whose drive and strategic brilliance led him to build an empire that spanned vast lands and echoed the resounding power of human potential. And Alexander the Great, whose audacious vision and battlefield prowess carved an empire that stretched across three continents, leaving an everlasting legacy.

    How to become like Ayanokoji:
    1. Knowledge
    • Analysing your surroundings (Try to gather as much information as possible, interpret and explain the situation in your mind in order to learn from it)
    • Learn From Experience (schedule 30 minutes a day to analyze your previous day - what you did? what you could have done differently? how you could have made the day more efficient? Think like a strategist)
    • What books should you read? (books that will force you to think and build stronger neuron connections and pathways in our brain. You have to actively engage in the books - why is this important? how does this work? how can i use it? Books are - 48 laws of power, atomic habits, atlas shrugged, etc)
    2. EXECUTE (what's the most efficient way to take actions? AAA - Act " Take action on something you learned from a book or even from any video " Assess " See how it works and what response you get from the world. For ex : if you started going to the gym for 6-7 and you gained aesthetic physique, that's the response the world gave you. If something doesn't happened that's also a response, which means you need to assess your strategy and change your workout plan " Adjust " After you have formed a new strategy, adjust your gym plan accordingly and keep the triple A cycle going. )
    3. Pain (every big person sacrifices or wins through pain to reach the best potential in them. You need to have a right mindset that makes you push yourself to your limit. Read it every day " Keep moving forward because it's important to push hardest when you want to quit the most" )
    4. Replacement (A single replacement can change your entire course of your life. Replacements that boosts our ability to compete and be the best. Ex - swapping bad habits with the good ones, replacing negative things with the good ones, etc)
    5. Beliefs (You can do whatever you want. Ex - you can store 13.5 Billion years of data inside you, that's your power gentlemen. Your abilites are far beyond what you can think of. Each time you push through the pain or discomfort you actually build a stronger brain muscle)
    IMPLEMENT....

An interesting analysis - It's almost funny how Meditation fits into this perfectly, helping with assessing your surroundings and observing how everything acts, reacts and moves on. A lot of people think Meditation is cutting yourself off from the world, but it's not. Its goal is to make you become hyper-aware of your surroundings, see and hear everything around you, but don't let your thoughts stick on one thing. Take in everything. Let your thoughts flow and process naturally. Your brain then not only starts to appreciate and enjoy everything more (because, this is what the brain really likes to do!) but you'll also gain experience of how things behave and interact with each other.
Just sit in a town centre or similar, and just watch the wildlife, the people, and the weather. Watch how they all interact and react with each other. Your brain will naturally start to put the puzzle pieces together as to WHY things happened the way they did. WHAT was the causality. This is knowledge and experience building, as well as puzzle solving in a natural way.

However, there is also a time and place for interoceptive meditation, in which you close your eyes and focus on your own bodily functions.
The goal of meditation is to practice mindfulness and presence, which can also be thought of as flow. It is when one experiences flow that the mind is truly content. But to reach flow you must be in a focused state, which is what meditation is for.
Long time practitioners of meditation think that their brain is in a "deep trench" of focus, and that they can avoid thinking of other things for a while. But in reality their brain is constantly going out of focus, but then refocuses on the desired object faster than the brain can actually perceive. The real way to improve in meditation is to refocus faster and faster, all the way up to the point that you don't even notice yourself refocusing. I highly suggest watching Andrew Huberman's podcast on this subject, he explains it far better than I can at this present time.

@Emo Analysis This video made me think and change my emotional/mental output and input into my environment. It was instantaneous and no other video did that for me. Thank you. Ive been living with mental illness for years and slowly forced my brain to think logically and with pragmatic empathy. My brain hurt a lot and I modified my behavior so much that my physical body began aching. What you described about the brain evolving is called neoplasticity, like how muscle fibers extend, allowing muscles to grow in exercise. Those logical words you said reinforced my efforts to be intelligent, wise, smart and understanding of my environment. Thank you so much, I dont know how else I can thank you. At least people are improving even if it is for their desire to become like あやのこじ, i appreciate your effort you did help a lotta people get head start in self improvement.
But lemme just tell all of you one thing, あやのこじ as shown in the anime is a PERFECT human, I ain't saying it's impossible to become like him, off course it is possible, Napoleon Hill says, "Man can create anything which he can imagine", it's gonna take a lotta efforts more than you can even imagine.

First, thank you for your effort to make this video. I have to say that your advices are like all other advices on the internet. It is push, push and push. Push through your uncomfort. Yeah, those advices will sometimes work and mostly work for the youth (when you have so much energy). But life is not so simple like that. Eventualy, there wil be a point that push through it is so painful and what you get is you get worse and worse every day. And then you have to figure out how to push smarter but not harder.

This is a better video than I initially thought!
Although I'll just address one thing, if one needs growth they need both talent and hard work. Talent is more of speed in growth, so if you didn't put hard work then even with talent, others could take over you. However, Talent is the greatest advantage one could have. Let's say for perspective, talented people could grow for 1 hour what others could only accomplish for 4 hours. Which means they'll achieve 24 hours worth compared to only 6 hours worth per day. And there's ony 24 hours a day!
It'll be visible if you compare professionals to prodigies. There are things that can only be achieved with both talent and hard work. I'm not disagreeing with the video, just that you shouldn't expect to reach what others could because you're not them, you're you! You shouldn't compare yourself to others, but to who you are yesterday.
It's not bad to have a goal (to achieve what others did), just keep in mind that even if you didn't reach your goal, you would be far more apart from your goal yesterday than today!
Also great book recommendations! 48 laws of power, compared to Machiavelli's the Prince (which is more on politics back then... Which I can't really wrap my head into) and Sun Tzu's the art of war (which is more about armies back then... Again, I'm not an army general of ancient China xD) it is far more comprehensible and relatable.
I only watched summaries about atomic habits, but i know it's a great book as well. Might check out Atlas Shrugged. That said, please keep up the good work!

Halfway through the video and I’m already tired 💀
I’ve always known what I have to do, and what I should do, but damn bro do there be no motivation.
Backstory cuz y not : im what some like to call a gifted - I personally run around calling myself a genius even with the risks of dying from rat poisoning by a classmate lmfao. But that’s not going to last. I’m still and always been top of my grade, but the 100% have become 90-80%. I know exactly what I have to do to become what I want to be - I know exactly what kind of studying, physical training, active socialising I have to do - but I’m just too tired man. I can do anything if I try, but bro trying is so fcking hard. I’m watching this video but I’m trying to study for computer science…
Ayonokoji is just awesome man, he’s an actual genius.

I found this video really good actually. However, there definitely are people who are "naturally" gifted, I know this since I am one of those. I get incredibly high grades, even though the most I do is simply pay attention in class. And I see people who try harder than me, yet still don't even get close to my grades, and of course grades aren't a great way of showing intelligence, but my cognitive abilities are definitely gifted, so no, not everyone works their ass of to get results (although most probably have).

  • @kandagaddalavenkatakiransu5715
    @kandagaddalavenkatakiransu5715 ปีที่แล้ว +3

key points from the video :
The video aims to provide practical tips to think and strategize like the fictional character Ayano from Classroom of the Elite.
It suggests scheduling 30 minutes daily for self-reflection, to think about how to improve efficiency and strategy. Reading books that make you think more deeply, like philosophy or well-written mysteries, also builds strategic thinking.
Taking action is critical - follow the "AAA Framework": Act, Assess results, Adjust strategy. This repetition strengthens your mind like working out grows muscles.
Adopt a growth mindset. Abilities are not fixed, they can be developed through practice. Push past discomfort to grow your brain's capabilities.
Make positive replacements in life - swap weak beliefs for strong ones, bad habits for good. This can significantly impact your ability to compete and improve.
The video emphasizes human potential - our brains can store immense amounts of data. When learning is difficult, push through the discomfort to build mental strength.
Practical exercises are provided to apply the strategies to your life. Committing to these intentional practices is key to self-mastery.
In summary, the key message is that we can continuously build strategic thinking through reflection, reading, action and pushing past our perceived limits.
HOPE ALL MY BROTHERS GROW !! TO BE REAL ETHICAL MONSTERS

I haven't implemented your ideas. But now I am going to. I don't remember what Ayanokoji is like as I have watched classroom of the elite. almost 2 years ago. But what your steps are written I still haven't questioned it about how they can change my life. But one thing I am very sure about that the facts and the steps you have told are very practical, realistic, applicable in our lives. Might not be the easiest, but they are easy with one day little effort.
So thanks for this practical video.

  • @-qwer-8507
    @-qwer-8507 ปีที่แล้ว +4

This video has *SOME* truth and/or useful information, but the most important thing wasnt discussed here as lies sell much better. You all will NEVER EVER EVER achieve what Ayno has, unless you mimic everything in the white room. If you wont study and exercise every day for the whole day you will not come even close to him. And i will tell you even more, everybody watching this video ALREADY lost their chance, as your childhood wasnt effective enough. So if you just want to be a 1% then sure, its completely possible with real hardwork (30 mins of reading wont make it), but don't lie to yourself that you can become Ayno. Btw, if anyone interested in this comment, i can give you my personal advise that actually helped me a lot, just reply down below and i will edit the comment
Edit: So, after watching dozens of motivational videos, some similar to this one, i still wasnt able to be effective. My personal problem was binge watching youtube. Sometimes i was watching something educational, but i also could just waste next 2-3 hours on some entertaining content. And its not like i had nothing else to do, i had a lot of undone tasks and work, as well as more efficient things to spend time on like working out or cleaning the room for example. So i had something my brain likes to do (binge watching videos) and something actually important to do like all of the viewers i think, then how do you change your daily routine? What really helped me is a system i came up with myself. I had some things i wanted to do everyday (studying, working out etc) and tasks i need to do this week/month/year, but theres no time limit. So whenever i do what is efficient (this listed tasks) i add some *time* on the timer. I can use this time whenever i want to watch youtube or play games, but i cannot do these things without the *time* . So if i wanted to not just stare at a wall laying on a bed (which nobody can bare) i had to complete the tasks to get the *time* . Long story short, ive done almost everything i wanted in 2 weeks, and i never missed any daily routine i wanted to do. It got to a point where i just didnt have enough tasks to do to get any time so...i stopped recently. I want to rebalance things a lit bit and start again next month.
Any of you who is reading all of that (hello clever6654, seems like youre the only one) you just need to find something that your brain wants you to do, and figure out what you actually want to do. If you want to read everyday, but your brain wants to play video games for all day, then make it so that you cant even open ANY game on your computer unless you read yesterday for the right amount of time. So theres a reward and a punishment. If you want, as time passes, you can change the ratio so that one day you wont even need to play games, but thats quite brutal for an ordinary person
I dont think anybody who watched this video needs to suddenly stop any inefficient activities and only read books, because you will break the very next day and theres no real advantage in reading 100 books a month, especially if you dont even remember anything you have read. I will tell you even more, i never set any goals to read, because i just like other sources of information and i dont have any books at home. I have 3 youtube accounts: one for no brain stuff, and commenting under videos, second is my oldest one where theres no real theme, some videos are entertaining and some educational, and a third one solely for education. This way, i can let myself use only 3rd account if i want to be productive
I hope this comment helps somebody, because like i said earlier i went from making 1 task every 2-3 weeks to make almost everything in the same amount of time which is about 1000% more productive. I even made a game in 5 days as a game-jam-like challenge, you can see the game's page in my about page (nice advertising)
