How to remove silicone/sealant/caulk from fabrics (clothing)

- To remove silicone from fabrics or clothing you will need a plastic bottle lid... Rub the lid over the effected area firmly.💪😄
I'm really sorry about the quality of this video, 99.9% of my videos are uncut live videos. Anyway this was my first attempt removing Silicone Sealants from clothing

Excellent idea! Worked very well on my new jacket that I got some clear silicone on. This removed every bit of silicone and saved a $500 gore Tex jacket from becoming a work jacket. Much appreciated

Fantastic! I was so skeptical, but I have this nylon jacket that is still useable and would like to give to a charity, except it had several splotches of silicon caulk on it. I have a smooth plastic device (intended for another purpose) and I tried this. Miraculously, the caulking just came off no problem! Jacket looks great and will be well received. For sure. Thanks a lot for this help!

This idea just came to me up out of no where, at first I thought of using a tweezer and slowly picking it off, but is was taking far too long. Anyway after 5 minutes I was fed up with picking bit by bit...
Then I started rubbing the grip side of the tweezer on the silicone then to my surprise the silicone on the fabric started to lift 💡
@@stoneyvill Will it work on anything else? Gum? You might have a new product idea to patent, make kabillion$$. You would have to name it, design packaging, get a barcode for it. TA DAAAA! Ya never know!
In terms of gum removal from fabric simply put in the Freezer overnight or put a brown paper bag over the area with the gums then simply run a warm Iron over it TA DAAA🎉 💡
