Just an FYI. If you drop a nut, torx, bolt etc. into the engine bay, like me, try banging on the Underbody Shield. I heard, then saw my bit bouncing about and was able to fish it out with a telescopic magnet in a minute or two.
This APPEARS to be a 9A1 engine, which was in the 987.2 and the 981 engines. Obviously taking the interior apart on a 981 will be different, but I suspect the change of the belt itself will be the same.

I can't find the tension nut in my car. My car is a 2006 Porsche Cayman S. What year is your car?
It is 2009.
987 gen 2!
Hi, this is the serpentine belt replacement, not the drive belt, correct?
Serpentine belt and drive belt are the same as far as I know. Another belt that I know is timing belt which is a totally different thing.
Cayman Videos thank you!
