To anyone wondering, if you do not remove the capacitors the mod will still work but the sound will be very muffled (not clear). If you remove them the sound is perfectly clear. Also, you do not need to remove the tape deck for this to work, you can solder the wires to the bottom of the car stereo. I managed to install a different bluetooth module using this tutorial so thank you RepairAllTV!

24:45 ... I soldered the wires after the 1k resistor (102 SMD Code) and got stronger signal and better quality, but I'm using F-6188 or BK8000L Bluetooth Module. So, just to clarify, I soldered the wires to the same resistors as shown in the video, just soldered the wires to the other side of the resistors, I hope it makes sense and works better for you as well. I also removed the Capacitors going back to the Pre-Amp, the A12198 Chip for complete isolation.

i have seen that on your other video on putting an aux lead on a gamma, but how do you fool it into thinking a cassette is in?
it can be connected instead of aux so it is. just get 12v + from the Motor. and cassettes
so leave the tape components in place and just tap into it rather than replacing it?
