I'm very happy to see a Rolling Line video posted 8 hrs ago. I had just bought it a couple days ago as a way to test out a layout I had in mind, It works like that. Got my layout done and transforming the stock trees to mod ones. Can't wait to finish it and post a vid up. Thank you for your video kind Sir. (I'm still learning with Rolling Line)
The big isle between the passenger track towards the city and the freight line can be a carpark with an unsignaled track crossing as spaces like that often used to be yards and now often carparks with the few freight trains just whistling when passing to warn(was way cheaper)
Does it provide a cardigan to wear, and a stained Tea cup with a pithy railroad oriented slogan on the side? Also, Wheres me Hornby 00 R-186 Signal Box??
Dimble-icious? With evelated free-wheelies from building eye-scrapper loopy-fruitiness .. a nellyphant hidden somewhere in the frig, floaty-ing in the hair? Is this the secret back story of 'Mrs Miggins' - her hubby and kid reveal all on their dangerous mission exiled in Swish railand? Next week: True Confession - Gert 'n' Ellen. Yeah! ;o)
I mean, in a stream, you do what you have to do. Here, in a video, you could EDIT OUT the faffing about trying to figure out the controls to DO the thing you want--which you can't do on a stream. The end result in a vid would be more educational as the user SEES what you did to achieve your end (without all the missteps), as well as making your thing come to fruition!
@@terencedunne6359 If you're prepared to persevere through the initial control learning curve (on mouse and keyboard it is not intuitive), yes. That said, only you know how much you fancy giving it a go.
Stay away from the game Rolling Line. The dev (Jack Huygen) of the title will fuck ya every time with his Henchmen of the RLSS Discord community standing tall. Its his desire to see both my Gramps & Myself dead & haven sent death threats our way so many times lost count. How's that for game development! I wouldn't recommend any of the Gaugepunk titles to even a worst enemy, for which he's at the top of the list esp. with my Gramps. Potentual customers, You've been warned. Thankfully New Zealand has the likes of him!
"You don't know how, so leave it alone." Who are you? And what have you done with the Colonel!?
Ir might be his minion, Corporal Punishment.
Old joke I know. I'll get my coat.
It was made to General Dismay, it seems.
It saddens me to see you lot carrying on this way right in front of Private Joke.

I've got a long way to go myself, but it's a very satisfying experience.
The "default" rolling-stock is mostly New Zealand based, as I believe the developer is a Kiwi...
I'm doing skunk works with the LED's, getting quite deep now!
Only the Colonel can make a train do a wheelie lol.

Tunnel wheelies are an added benefit. Totally worth it. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Lol gwan Eileen
I feel they should be accompanied by some kind of exuberant noise
So very glad this has become a thing

God you are so demanding, its only a small shop, there is a waiting list for product lol
It might not seem like it but bounding boxes are your friend (for protecting junctions and flat crossings with signals).
This looks good.

Steam one you said something about tasteful and something, I'm actually starting to believe it now!
It'll get there. I actually want to get to a point where it's a splendid layout.

You should re-create the Tpf2 desert main line here :D
You should build an airfield so those planes can land 😂
@@waynewatson8872 I do believe that was mentioned in the video
How big can you make the lay out?
Quite a bit bigger than I have it, but I've no idea whether or not that'll run into performance issues.
Is it worth buying? Saying that and watching what you are doing it could be good. Thank you Colonel. Best Regards Terence Dunne.
