ughhhh thanks man, ive been looking at your thumbnails for lowered crew cab hoping life turns around so i can work on my truck and this is making me remeber to start with to smaller dumb not fun stuff that i Need to take care of first
Man you should replace the oil pick up tube, mine used to tick as well and now it doesn't with the new oil pick up tube. im glad you're building one of these again, ive been subscribed since the white tahoe build
I did the knob cleaning like you and it would work for a while. I had to send out. I been doing all my interior bulbs steering wheel, seat heater switch, overhead console, every button is red. Guages too. Then I put new headliner and billet parts from LG billet
I took those side trim pieces off my 02 hoe and it look so much better. I even did a up date with emblems from the 3rd gen and it really made a difference. That's actually how I found this page. Unfortunately that one got stolen and never found. But I got a 07 hoe now and this page still delivers
GM full size frame body is all I’ve ever loved owning. I had one new Dodge Ram 1500 and one new Ford F-150 during the last twenty years, otherwise I have only owned full size GM full size frame trucks and SUV.
My dash lights on my 2002 suburban won’t come on unless I turn the dome lights on. Any ideas to fix it. My best friend the previous owner said he bought a new light switch I believe on Amazon but did not fix it.
You've got to be a contortionist to change out the driver side actuator, I have done mine twice. The AC Delco brand only lasted a year, the second time I replaced it with a Dorman and it's still going strong.
@ It came from Kansas City so has a very clean body. 5.3. As I bought it I had my mechanic replace O- Ring on on pick up tube. He said it's been a while since oil change and lifters got quite noisy after that. 187K and I want to travel so it's best to pull motor to seal it up, new cam & lifters. I don't want to fix this, then other stuff later. Nice shop. Thanks.
Congratulations Travis, now with the Spanish dubbing that comes out on TH-cam it is easier for me now I learn more from your videos.
Thank you
Nice man looking forward to this Tahoe build you plan on getting a double din and new speakers loving the content!!!
Not sure how deep we will go
Love the transformation videos. You do the same exact things I do when I get a new vehicle. Keep it up
Thank you
I will definitely be following this build.
👍thank you
Good progress 👍
Thank you

Absolutely. Do the cheap stuff and clean things. That goes a long way
I bought some new aftermarket chrome strips on Ebay a couple of years ago for my 2003 Tahoe. You just put them over your old ones. They look great.
Thanks for the info
I love the Tahoe content!!
Thank you
Great content as always!!
Thank you
So happy for you. To not have to fish that out. So lucky just to plug it in. Someone was looking over you there.
True.
Great show
Thank you

Yeah it doesn't last forever unfortunately
Have a video on changing all the actuators? I need to change all mine on my 02 Silverado. I can hear them cycle back and forth non stop.
I don't
Nice fix 👍
Fun to do actually
@TWAMotorsports Yes sir 👍

I think I will be removing mine soon
Can't wait till you get that T/A back up and going.
Hopefully soon

I agree. They are great
@@TWAMotorsports By The Way-AMAZING SERIES titled “Ticking Tahoe”!!!
@mhyatt82262 thank you
Glad to see another Tahoe on your channel. Been following you since you had the Lo-hoe.
Definitely fun platforms to tinker with
Gonna b another sick build
Maybe
In your opinion what is to many miles? I'm looking at getting one. As long as body and frame is good. Thanks in advance
Anything under 250k I am fine with. They are great other than transmissions

I haven't had that issue so not sure. Check fuses?
Nice buy Travis..hey I was just wondering.. what size is your shop..?
Thank you. 45x50
@@TWAMotorsports right on..thank you Travis..
You're welcome
Hey Travis how hard is it to change out a driver side blend door actuator on a 04 Tahoe?
Its a pain
@TWAMotorsports hopefully I get mine changed out before the weather gets hot
@rubenr7650 yeah just time consuming not hard
@@TWAMotorsports I'm going to probably have a shop do the work for me since my ac doesn't blow cold air

Short antenna maybe?
Probably
What year is the Tahoe?
2004
@@TWAMotorsports Thanks, same year as my Z71 Burb. Have to rebuild motor as lifters are rattling like crazy.
Just install new lifters

The smallest details make a difference
A steamer would make short work of the film, your living the dream, playing with GM cars🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I have one but it never helps me on tint in my opinion
Those other remotes should have worked they work for my Tahoe
Wrong frequency
A steamer will make the tint an glue come off together an a lot faster
I didn't want to drag it out
When ive taken tent off before… I’ve always just ripped it fast and the glue comes off with the tent. Yours maybe just too old though
Not that lucky here
Keep the side panels just pull off the chrome strip
Probably will remove it all
Bro do one for 01-02 yet to see anyone on TH-cam make a video and help out us Tahoe guys
Don't have one to do
I thought it was unplugged bc it was clicking.
Could have been but hasn't been clicking
Remove the panels they do look better without them.
I am thinking I probably will
@@TWAMotorsportsI have been wanting to do it on my 05 but I'd love to see your method first, so I hope you do!
Leave the panels it’s full of dents below. You’ll kick yourself down the road later…
Coming soon
@drought-yo2kn probably
take off the roof rack and side panels!!
Soon
