Love the Costa Rica. It seems very mild to me and no bitterness or strong after taste. Don't need any sugar with this one when you have it black. It's super smooth and balanced.

Oh glad you like it! The more I coffees I review and taste, the more I am learning. I came to realize the cereal notes have been some of my faves. I never really realized each coffee has different notes and can affect the taste so much.
I love how everyone's taste buds are different, this one had this weird aftertaste that I didn't enjoy. Maybe I'll deacale machine and try again. Thanks!
Hmm yeah if your machine needs descaling it can affect the taste of the coffee. The great thing about Nespresso is they have so many different coffee for everyone’s taste!
@@coffeewithnico I wonder if that's the case for me because my favorite is Melozio and IL Café and those tastes the same every time I make it even though I haven't descaled. Everyone raves about Bianco Leggero, Vanilla Custard, bianco Forte and I don't like them at all. I only use reverse osmosis water in my machine and I only drink coffee max is 4 times a week so my machine isn't too abused.
I also like the master origin coffees. I think Columbia is my fav! Mexico is good too! La Complida is delicious as an iced latte with brown sugar, milk, and a little bit of almond extract. My sister-in-law created the recipe and she calls it Cherry Dilly Bar because it tastes like a DQ cherry dilly bar. 😍 Peru is a solid shot in any drink! I haven’t found a great way to drink Ethiopia yet. Maybe you can come up with a good recipe for us to try. 😉
La Cumplida Refinada capsule has been my least fave of all. However I do want to try different recipes to make it taste good. I’ll try your SIL recipe. 👍🏼
