ok it works, i have my laptop connected to my monitor, so with this software I can game one monitor, and multitask on the other, its perfect, i do wish there was more customization with the cursors, i don't really like the colored dots that follow the cursor around.
EDIT: this software does not work well for gaming, if you try to use the other mouse it will automatically connect the to the game, each mouse will switch the the game depending on which one you use, so there's no way to game with one mouse, and use the other on a second monitor to multi task. Maybe there's a way around it but i don't know. The Multiplex input doesn't let me interact with anything in my browser, when i left click it highlights the whole page and i cant really do anything, its clearly unfinished as it says in the warning before you change to that input.

I believe if you set the game to windowed full screen it won’t pull focus from the window. You can also switch the duplexing type for games that don’t work out of the box with it. Haven’t tried FPS games where you need to aim and such, but I use it for RTS and F2P games a lot. Good luck! Thanks for the update on it as well.

Exactly what I needed. I have one computer that I have have 2 monitors attached to it. One monitor on each desk and I want to be able to sit at each desk and control the PC.
The problem is the free version works for only 2 hours and the first priced one is $38... a tad pricey. :(

I want to do this independently from eachother. Basically there's a game I play that doesn't have good graphics.. meaning I can run
multiple clients on the same game just fine. I'd like to know if I can set it up so my wife can play on one account, secondary screen..
her own mouse, her own keyboard. And I play the game as well on my other screen, with my own mouse and keyboard. Basically
I want it to act as though we're on two different computers playing the same game even though it would be a one computer setup.

Depends on the game. Some games will work ok but games that require fast mouse tracking like first person shooters may have issues as the GPU fights for priority. Will do some testing and make a new video!

Can you lock the mouse and keyboard to one screen? Here's what I mean: One monitor for regular PC use, occasional gaming. Other tv used for Steam big picture and Plex HTPC with controller.

Alright, call me weird but I've actually wanted two different mice because I like using them for different things and the switched input is perfect. I can have a smaller more mobile mouse for when I'm playing games and then have my macro mouse for when I'm doing basic things on a separate monitor and never mess with the DPI or sensitivity of them again

@@robgluckman7943 I fouind a mouse driver software that claimed to be able to do it. But whern I installed the driver and rebooted, my pc was fully bricked. Boot loop crash totally ruined windows. Dont know if the driver did it, likely yes., or my pc decided to crash right there for some reason. I restored form backup. I was too scared to try this mouse driver again, only 1 software out there that claims it can do it and it must be aweosme for those that tried it and got it to work. So no I did not get it working. I did think of another option that will work. Using virtualbox a ful virtual pc, u can asign a mouse port to the virtual machine so the host will not see the sedcond mouse. The virtual machine can hook into a mouse port u set inthe srettings, then run the virtual machine on monitor 2, themn mouse 2 will be insiide the V M and not interfere. I did not set this up yhet but it will totaly work, as long as u have enough ram especially, and it will hurt gaming perofmrance for sure too running a vm.

Thank you so much, using American truck sim with 2 monitors. Trying to wacth a how to video and change sim settings at the same time. Problem is windows button won't work while siming in steam. So imposible to switch while the sim is on, mouse gets locked to the sim. Hopefully this will solve the problem.

In der Free Version nur Teilweise zu gebrauchen.
Ständig nerviger Punkt am Mauszeiger.
Und die Auflösung der Mauszeiger sind auch nicht besonders gut.
Das Schlimmste ist, Beendet man das Programm, Speichert es keine Einstellung.
Man darf also immer wieder die Mäuse Neu Einstellen.
Separate Schnelligkeit Einstellung der Mäuse sind auch gesperrt.
