When I started my weight loss journey I was 267 pounds and now I am down to 145 pounds..now my goal is to tone up the loose skin..Thank you for posting this video will be trying it shortly.
Question how can you tone up the loose skin? I want to lose weight but after that I don’t know what to do with loose skin
I've been doing this 1x daily for a week and 2 days. I'm getting much stronger and not shaking as much. Still trying to work my way up to the full 60 sec per exercise

@@RevivePharmacy it takes me around 2 years. I follow many workout videos and this is one of them. My dairy routines that I must do are calorie deficit, 10,000 steps at least, and 30 minutes of working out. Hope this helps. (I’m not native so don’t judge my English.)
I hadn't done plank-focused workouts for sooo long, i've just finished this and I'm so out of breath😅 that's a major wake-up call for me. Planks used to be my favourite, i definitely need to get back to doing them regularly

Day 1-✅️hard asff how do yall do the side planks😅
Day 2✅️- my dog was bothering me, still really hard, had to do it on a hard floor😢
Day 3✅️still struggling, held out long tho
Day 4✅️ even tho my dog full on jumped on my legs while doing the side plank, i still finsihed. Tough today and i didnt feel like doing it
