Getting in miles in 100 degree heat!/I have to replace my entire drive train! T de B prep part 4!

Riding in the south Texas heat! It's pretty much unavoidable this time of year! Also I had to take my bike into the shop to have my drive train replaced! It's definitely needed! Glad I figured it out now and not during the Tour de Boerne!

Good or bad we're gonna do it!! It'll be fun no matter what!! I got the bike back on Friday and took it out yesterday and did 40 miles! I had some issues with my quads cramping, but I powered through. Working on the video now!
