100 years from now there will still be RUSH fans !
Hell yeah! 😎
Assuming the world hasn't ended or devolved further into Idiocracy
You know it brother
Notice the total time in this video - it's exactly 21:12 minutes long 😲❤️
Probably intentional on the part of the uploader too. Nice catch
The video actually is 21 mins and 12 seconds? RUSH NERD!!!!
***** Ok, I know I'm an (Uber) Rush Nerd, but in my defense, it really kind of "timed itself" as far as the length of the two songs were concerned.
But, yes, I did stop the recording at exactly 21:12. I couldn't help myself!
Thanks for commenting and I hope you enjoyed the vid!
DAFT BROTHERS
Well it's Rush. They rule the world for 2112 years! LOL
***** Has anybody ever told you that you look like Johnny Depp? LOL!
DAFT BROTHERS
Only everyday for the past 14 years! ;)
*****
Not a bad joke for 10 year old. Good job!
Absolutely love seeing Ged and Alex still rocking the double necks :)
Thanks to my brothers Rush is one of the first bands i was introduced to. My favorite to this day. God bless you neil you will be missed.
This is the best video of this tour I've seen on TH-cam. They were playing/singing INCREDIBLY WELL! And the stage ART was just beautiful!!!
1 of my favorites bands it's so sad all good bands come to an end but the music lives on forever drove to Toronto in 97 to see them again after having 2nd row in ST. Louie
greatest band EVER!!!!! always performed there best here!! God bless RUSH!!
AWESOME 👍 I love Rush 😻 unfortunately I missed this show. I did see them here in St Louis in 2010. Continue to Rest in Peace Professor !!!
Three of the greatest musicians in human history.
Finally in the R 'n R Hall of Fame. It's about time.
Favorite band of all time for the last 30 plus yrs. !!
Ron Tafoya 37 yrs, luckily found the 1st album (8Track) FIRST!!!
I concure. I regret missing this final tour in Dallas. They always came here. Wife & I were at the Clockwork Angels taping @ AAC in Dallas. Was the last show we attended together. Took quite a while to even watch that one. She was an amazing tough ass soul. She lost (rather, we lost that long fight) not long after that. These three souls are considerably important to remember.
🎶
@@translationstations hope you are well and still enjoying Rush and happy memories.
Me too since 1976
Thank you to the uploader, fine video. And thankyou Rush. They will never be equalled in my opinion
I went to the Boston show last night which wa sthe best Rush show I had ever seen and it was also my last time seeing them so I'm glad and happy that I could end and go out seeing an anniversary show and tour never ha dthe chance to see one of them missed seeing R30 ten years ago an dha dto miss the past three times seeing them I could see perfectly was in the balcony th eticket cost me well over 200.00 it was well worth it to see and hear songs I ha dnever heard them play in years thought xanadu and 2112 were the best songs and the highlight of last night's show my friend bought me a 50.00 Rush shirt couldn't get the R40 tour program the garden completely had sold out of them had to settle for the Rush 40 years poster I'm just thankful to gone home with something of my last time seeing Rush and best time seeing them I also loved the different color laser lights and the when they did the space theme on the video screen for 2112 really liked the intro when it showed them going through the 40 years from younger to the now once again it was the best Rush show I've ever seen last night they really went out playing these songs that they hadn't played for years I never had the chance to see them when They were younger I was too young back than all I can say is we'll never see or hear the Rush show like last night's ever again
Love this.... takes me back to the 70's when these guys played everywhere all the time. Love how the bass drives the camera out of focus. Rush rocks!
So many tempo changes with this track. Always wondered how they stayed together. Great stuff!
I was there then and watched this video for the first time today and goosebumps again still.....great video, thanks
me and my father were at this show and both are life long rush fans and it was my first time seeing them live and i had tears in my eyes from just the feeling of being at an awesome concert with my father and enjoying the best band on earth. we unfortunately did not bring any phones to record any video so i thank you for uploading this video!
Glad you enjoyed it! My arm sure was sore after the concert from holding up my iPhone to film.
@@daft_stuff I bet! You did a great job. So crazy how good their live sound is. Even where I was sitting way in the back it sounded like I threw the record on in my bedroom. Absolutely amazing 👏
Wow, saw this show in Boston and forgot they played Presentation and Grande Finale. They sounded incredible! RIP Professor!!!!!!!!!
This is epic. Saw Rush in 1978 for first time, in high school. (When I was in about the tenth row and the ticket was maybe $20.) This was my third show. These two songs were the highlight of the show for me and you got ‘em both beautifully. I did the same thing as someone was doing at 10:55 in your video--tried to replicate Geddy’s original “scream" vocals as on the original album. Thank you for a great video!
Gretchen Bassett : bet you were a babe in high school .
Me too, same year even… my second concert. Triumph was first.
I saw this same show. My 3rd time seeing them. 1st was Grace Under Pressure back in 1984 and Power Wndows 1988 I believe.
Sadly, my last Rush show. 😕 Saw them at least 20 times. Always amazing!
Mine too
That's a lot of hardware brought to the stage on that song. Nice. Love it.
Born in Scarborough, huge fan ,never saw them live😞 RIP Neil!
Thanks for the vid. Thank goodness I saw Rush once live about ten years ago in CA. They played for two freaking hours! I was in paradise.
Great job! Great Sound and GREAT BAND! Kick-Ass!
Xanadu from farewell to kings album saw that tour at the Glasgow Apollo max Webster supported brilliant gig can't believe that was 45, 46 years ago rush were awesome neal peart was a phenomenal drummer rip neal
Length time : 21:12 Bro. Win.
Great job on the video (audio too!). This is one of my favorite songs from my favorite
band... I've seen them perform this song a few times, I think the last time was on the
Counterparts tour in 1994. Just knowing that they're doing it on this tour puts a big
smile on my face. I can't wait to see them on July!
Dene Seal Thanks for watching and commenting! I'm planning to see them again in KC this July! I can't wait! Seeing Rush never gets old!
Amen to that!
no words to say...just outstanding!
+licio meirelles Indeed it was!! Thanks for watching!
Always epic, every time. RIP Master.
Farewell to a king...R.I.P Neil Peart 😓
2112 the album that changed everything rush were now headliners awesome still there best album rip neal gone but not forgotten
I love rush, have seen them twice in concert, that said I love their studio work a lot more.
I cut my Rush teeth on their Kings album around 1980 so this is a real treat!
These guys could have never guessed that 40 years later they would be doing the same things.
This is great , thank you so much.😇🥰😎✌🙏💛🤍❤
Love watching the crew onstage during the performance LOL
A melhor banda do mundo que pena que eles não estão mais fazendo show pois o professor morreu
Was at the Boston show of this show. Had a killer seat. Everyone stood up with their cellphones. I stayed seated and heard the show. F..k cellphones.
You guys were so fortunate to hear them then. I seen them for there last show in Toronto and they didn't sound this good. They must have been exhausted by the Toronto show
i was there too,,,, wowsa,,,,, come on rush we want a last visit to the uk when you are better neil peart
Enjoyed this video! All the best!!
***** Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for watching!!
DAFT BROTHERS Yeah! Feel free to watch my video as well, thanks! :) All the best! :)
YYYYYEEEESSSS!!!!
Dude! You are awesome!! I have subscribed and will share your channel!!
I'm VERY impressed by your vocal range and your ability to cover multiple genres! Your original material is tight as well! Coexistence rocks!
It is apparent by your videos that you are passionate and enjoy doing what you do. Keep it up and you will go far! Kudos!!
DAFT BROTHERS Thanks a lot dude! Much appreciated!! Glad you enjoy my videos! And thanks for listening, really appreciate it! :) Yes I love what I do! Thanks so much!! Stay tuned for the release of my solo album, and the new Coexistence album!! Coming soon! All the best!
This video is 21:12 minutes!!!
Stage and lighting. 🤩😊
Superb!
I love how the run time of the video is ...21:12
My 1st Rush concert was in St Louis... I remember someone threw a glowstick that hit Alex and he was justifiably mad , Was afraid that they'd never return to St Louis, Saw them 16 times after that .
The first concert I ever saw was Rush in Providence RI Moving Pictures tour 1981 and Geddy had to ask the crowd to stop throwing those green things on the stage.😂
Hey! Looks like Neil has his kit setup like it was before he reinvented himself!
They changed gear to match what they used during each era of their career
I was at this show!
I DEDICATE THIS VIDEO TO " DAVID CHARLES GURLEY" WHO INTRODUCED ME TO " RUSH" IN 1977. BEEN A STRONG FAN EVER SINCE. I HAVE THEIR WHOLE CATALOGUE, ALL OF NEIL'S BOOKS" 💜💜💜💜
Ok, Cycling wasn’t easy to read but it gave up the song Marathon. So there’s that
Perfection
ROCK GODS! Such masters....
First time I've seen this one.
Love history god it was great
Could it be possible this is shot in 3D ? Awsome !!!!!
RUSH
🌍
G.O.A.T
anyone notice this video is 21:12 long?
awesome
Nice auditorium.
Was there an actual R40 tour? I just got the 6 disc set and the r40 tour is not there.
i always thought GNR's sweet child sounded totally derivative. the whole band for that matter.
Was there!
THE Frank Opinion? The Morning Show in the Afternoon Frank Opinion?
The exact length of this video was done on purpose for obvious reasons.
I was there
hard song to play
err, i wasn't in st louis though, i saw them in the uk lol
+Lizzi Egan and it wasn't 2015 .....not wide awake yet lol,,,,,, but come soon
日本人は二人がダブルネック使ってるところはなかなか見られません。。。
日本に来ないので。。。
Anyone notice the length of this video?
Good eye!😉
This video lasts 21:12. Coincidence?
i get being excited and cheering and singing along, but why do people scream over the music?
Why do people scream during sex?
Wish crowd would shut up some times, there is no pause. Sit down St louis.
You have assumed controllllll
Rush are the Priests
There is none higher
😋
This recording came out very clean. What equipment did you use to record this? Was it a smartphone?
Frankopinion iPhone 6
DAFT BROTHERS iPhone 6 Rocks!
Gretchen Bassett No
LudwigSC93 Yes it does! Ignore the Andridiot!
Geddy's looking kind of tired there.
What venue is this?
Sorry for the late response… ScottTrade Center
Lorne needs to put some duct tape on Neil's cowbells, they're too clangy.
They’re supposed to be
I started to say quit singing. What the hell was I doing.....same thing
clearly we have a difference in opinion on what constitutes "great" (video and audio).
Dane.:-):-)
I'd love to c these guys one of my favorite bands
camera phones SUCK
5 hard core rush fans . The rest are soft.
Most high God I bind Satan's powers and his Fallen Angels powers in these videos spoil other Goods in the people that watch them and lose them into Tartarus all their power or you can Return to Sender Lord 10 million fold with the demons to the people that have blasphemed the Holy Spirit or taken the mark of the beast in Jesus name amen
Umm right??
Whaaaat?
Ya. Awesome until someone near your phone sings along, out of key. Great to see them together, but I prefer professional productions. Neil died five years after this concert. What a loss.
Lol. OK. Do you think it would be ok if the rest of us enjoyed it?
Double necks
Video sound awful, no Bass at all !!!!!
had a listen - no, never would have liked them or bought a single thing they did...weird isn't it, as a player and rock fan...I dno
Ummm ok. We were all wondering if you like them or not.
@@dirkmcgurkin1272 I know, I know...but I had to finally come out and say it
Alex rules
