I can't wait to see what you think of that darn book - it's not clear when you should turn it, or stop reading it, and worse, you have to (several times) turn the page back to read rules on the previous page... unless I constructed the deck wrong!!!
One of the big issues I had with Card Kingdoms -- granted, this was a LONG time ago with the initial version -- was that you get flooded with resources. And they become irrelevant. Have they addressed that with later versions?
I completed the campaign of Darksworn and some of the chapters requires a tons of them. But yea, you normally starts to be winning whenever your resource engine is more efficient in the late game, which should be where the game ends anyway. I have 1 specific chapter in mind which was very hard and I had to try it a couple of times before completing it. Btw, the difficulty level is adjustable by switching the monsters included in the monster deck, but be aware that as you continue the campaign and play another chapter, the difficulty also increase. So starting with a too strong monster deck might be your downfall later on.

32:54 Is it possible that forgot to count the Warlord for his own ability?
Yup, it counts itself.

Yup! Same flood, but easier to track and more things to buy/ kill. Review coming next week.

I could have sworn the attack happens before you get the chance to cancel it? Am I just getting old?
Attacks are after player turns.
@@OneStopCoopShop Oh, that's good then. Thanks 👍
For the record, I did last play it about a year or two ago.
