+Shake MySpear - I don't get as much satisfaction out of flying in A3 compared to just being on the ground. The ground experience has outpaced the air one these days for the most part. It can still be fun and I do fly from time to time, but certainly not like in the past.

IT seems no matter what OP i watch from any of these guys, Ghostboots is always getting into trouble and somehow ... sometimes... survives. Always a laugh
Every player in this platoon has made their remarkable moment and/or last stand, Crane and all of Mike has made theirs this day.
It's nice that Crane is not just good at dying in a dramatic fashion but also downright funny.

I really liked the part where after that initial contact with those UAZs she totally had the trajectory down on the cannon and absolutely destroyed the poor guy driving that BTR. I love to see those moments when I am playing when people finally get into the zone.
That entire scene with Ghostboots at the end was so fucking hilarious

What perhaps hooked me, at least memorably, was the video where you managed to take a hostage, get him to call in one of his own 'copters, and then from about 50 yards proceed to attack the landed bird. I don't think it went 100% but you can't plan for everything. Cheers.

I enjoy the byplay with the crew. Mostly when the gunner is trying to kill the rock. Went maybe 5 meters at the end.

That thing that happens at around 28 min in, that same thing happens to me randomly. Any fix? Or is it a rejoin?
Not to be a Backseat Gunner, but Crane's MG bursts are a little short for nailing dismounts at those distances. A few more rounds/burst would get her better results...

Is it just me or is there something you guys do to the AI to make the vehicle gunners not be laser precise death machines? I'm surprised not a single vehicle hit the player at the end considering how close they were.

Oh, and I almost forgot to ask. Does ShackTac ever use drones in their missions?
Almost never. Essentially never.
You should create a mission where there is a team of drones (like 12 people) loaded to bear and the other team has to find the drone operators and kill them.

As tactical as ShackTac is, Have you guys ever done an Arena style game mode kindof along the vein of whatever king of the kill is? A FFa Where the playable area gets smaller and smaller? Your individual playstyle and such would be very tense to watch if they had such a mode in ARMA.
King of the Kill started as a Arma 3 mod. SOE (or Daybreak?) hired the modder.

Battle Royale by Player Unknown is what you are probably thinking of. And he did get hired by Sony for H1Z1 and added a version of Battle Royale for it.
Are you guys not doing PvP anymore?
We play it less than in the past, and I infrequently make videos of it. I generally enjoy coop far more at this point in A3.

Alright, thanks for the heads up. I still enjoy your content, was just wondering due to the scarcity of PvP videos.
I prefer coop. The odds are so crazy, and thanks to the less-than-perfect AI, engagements happen at close range. Some of those PvP matches, I never see the enemy.

Sorry Dslyecxi, but I can't watch your videos anymore since you changed monitor (I'm watching on 16:10) and 2/5 of my screen is covered with black horizontal bars. It makes everything way more smaller to the point my eyes are starting to hurt.
No worries! If you ever have the chance to go for a 21:9 monitor, feel free to revisit. I'd definitely recommend them, for what it's worth - easily one of the best upgrades I've ever made.
Made it to my ArmA3 goodies, as the ending is kind of a replica of a section of Make Them Pay, th-cam.com/video/cNFPbX7njO4/w-d-xo.html. Starting with roving tank and vehicles, explosions - and CraneSong and Sephith on a second floor.
