No, if you want "peak biceps like Ryan's," you need to take steroids and perform more basic, compound lifts rather than chasing a pump with bullshit exercises.
I had to slow Ryan down to half speed just to keep up with his talking pace. Ryan’s the kind of guy who says things once. If you don’t get it the first time, stiff shit! Had to watch it 3 times just to catch up. Great videos.

2 YEARS AGO accidentally got into exercise BAND'S.. Just brilliant have a set in my car,home etc I'm now 76 after quadruple bypass..2 knee replacements . Find the bands easy to use ,with the maximum effort all through the movement. People must think I'm crazy for throwing them around lamp posts trying to pull the post over etc Even take them when I'm doing my reps when I'm swimming Need also to get back into the gym. Just for something more to use and work out So thanks for your info especially in cables. That photo of me was taken about 2 years ago. Not big !! But fitter than most my age 😁🧐🧐

Thanks for this video.Its a great addition to your arm workout routine. It's a winner any way you look at it. Breaks up the monotony of just using dumbbells. Targets the muscle from different points. And it works! And you can buy what you need on ebay,and use a door anchor if your not lucky enough to have your own machine at home.

I like to perform bicep curls with the cable because I can put a handle on that rotates. The handle isn’t fixed so it freely rotates as you perform the exercise. Dumbbells are fixed so you don’t get that beneficial rotation.
Last 2-3 weeks I have been doing various bicep exercises on cables and I CAN ASSURE YOU it works! Constant tension on the muscle and you can really do sloooowww reps to failure to get that pump
So I gave the biceps and triceps exercises from your previous videos a try, and I’m already seeing visible results just in a few weeks and these are not newbie gains. Thanks a ton man! Some of your exercises have worked fabulously for me and I’m sure I’m not the only one 😃👍🏻 I have a really weak shoulder press (50kg 1 rep max) so any tips on increasing flexibility and increasing overall weight or just getting shoulders in better shape would be much appreciated! Help from the comments is much appreciated too (DL 180kg, squat 140kg, bench 110kg for reference)

Because of you I’ve put on 15 pounds of muscle in the last 2 months no bullshit. My arms are wayyy bigger than they were, my shoulders are a lot more defined, and my chest hurts SO bad after chest day. You’re honestly the best there is and I’ve tried so many different routines but ALL of yours hit so different. I love waking up barely able to flex or move, I eat like a horse and it’s really benefitting me man. I’m even thinking about competing now tbh. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Ryan buddy some tips on workout : an Injury shoulder, tennis elbow, winged shook etc.... dont it familiar with physiological issues , nerve damage etc... but I know some veterans that feel neglected when it comes to training tips from youtubers.
