    Today was about testing how I wanted to deliver some of the content so I tested it out with a full arm day and limited myself to only dumbbells. Turned out to be a lot of fun and they are already sore so I know you'll love this workout as well.
    Sets & Reps
    Incline Curls - Reg Curls - Drags: 4 Sets (each is to failure with no rest in between) / 15-20 Reps
    Skull Crushers (3 Drops): 4 Sets / 15 - 20 on the first set then good luck
    Single Arm Bench Curls: 4 Sets / 15 reps (each)
    Dips - Reverse Grip Pushups: 4 Sets / 10 partials to pre-exhaust then to failure

    The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

    Day 2: My arms still hurt and cannot move them properly.
    I am impressed.
    Edit: day 3. Right arm has regained 90% normal functionality. It would seem my left arm missed the memo and has taken on the symptoms of the right arm on day 1.

      @denisradioactivewildhorsem1266 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yeah, one thing you can run into is a great pump and feel on the first 1 or 2 sets and then on subsequent sets it feels like you didn't do much despite hitting the numbers because the shoulders or lats were sneaking in and taking over. Or your forearms start to go on curls and then all of a sudden you're done even though the bicep isn't at failure yet. Can be tricky to find a way around these things by experimenting with weight and positions to find the best way to achieve true failure on the muscle you're targeting. As soon as a muscle starts to exhaust, your body will just try to shut it down and other muscles take over.

      If you hate leg day try what I did. I too despise leg day so one day I decided that I was going to just do Hill sprints. I started off doing 10 and worked my way all the way up to 100, which took about two years. I supplement that with one leg exercise after I’m done which completely exhausts the legs, believe me. Find a really tall steep hill and run up and down that son of a bitch a bunch of times and then do a Different leg strength exercise every time (just one, 4 sets). Trust me you will grow and you will also get your cardio way, way up. For me this is a much more entertaining and effective way of getting bigger and stronger in the lower regions. I actually look forward to leg day now.
