Thanks best advise ever, I wouldn't never known. I saw your video and bypassed it- went bout a new compressor recharged the system- same problem. I thought on it for day then came back to your video. In 5min it was fixed.. Thanks a lot
.....hey thanks.... my truck had the relay problem that you pointed out as somewhere to check. Yup. Man, u prolly saved me $300 at least and I thank you for that and the video which was short and sweet without any babble going on. Seriously yo. Kudos. Oh yeah, man it gets hot down here in Texas and here we in mid April and already had days 90+ and that gawd awful humidity only makes it worse. Like pouring gas on a fire. But thanks to you....yup....I be chillin. God bless brother

Hello Tray mine is doing the same them my neighbor took the two wires off that thing with the foil on it what do you call that. He took them out a put a paper up can you please help me

I think this might be happening to my '02 2500HD. AC is charged and compressor is working. I can feel the line going to the evaporator is cold. But only hot air comes out of the vents. Going to check blend door next. Thanks for the video!
I have a similar problem with my 06 Silverado ac works and throws ice cold and out of nowhere it stops cooling and hot air comes out and fans won’t turn on and it try’s to over heat I already changed ac pressure switch dryer even change fans and also relay and I don’t know what to do
I believe there's a high pressure switch that also works with this. After that, the clutch might be defective but check the voltage to it as well. Factory service manuals I believe are still available from hellman.

Great video. One little correction, that's the blend door actuator, that moves the blend door from heat to ac on your temp. control knob.

Did you change the blend door it self or the blend door actuator ?
Thanks. There’s quia few things to check. Pulley,belt , AC Actuator sensor, blend/temp doors.

Ever find out what it was? I'm blowing HOT air too, lines are cold, AC is charged just right, compressor is moving just fine. No leaks that I can see.
@@ryanfelton7385 I ended up replacing the inline mesh filter and all was good again. Cabin air was cold
Anyone know what causes driver side AC vent not to blow air? The others work. Already changed cabin air filter

Was your compressor clutch engaging but just not cooling., ive jumped my low pressure switch and still can't get the clutch to engage.
