I love it! ❤️ I’ve chosen to have a “uniform” these last couple of years, which is just jeans, a crew neck tshirt, and chic walking shows. I dress these up with my gold jewelry, and a nice jacket depending on the weather. The funny thing is that a get a lot of compliments just by doing these simple tricks. So seeing this in your video validates my choice. Merci beaucoup 🙏👌

I've come from Alyssa's channel. I loved all your looks, very chic, neutral and clean. I will definitely try the trench look with my emerald green trench and matching pumps (mixing a little of Alyssa's Italian-style advice to use a statement color).

The white color of the t is very flattering on your skin tone! I particularly loved the look of the outfit with the navy cardigan and silver loafers and the striped sweater draped over the t. I didn’t particularly care for the beige belt. I prefer a white t shirt untucked. Thanks another wonderful video!

I've always thought of a white tee shirt and jeans as boring. It's fun to see the options you showed, and I was thinking of other ideas for accessories, etc that I already have and could use to make outfits.

Hi Marie-Anne, I have loved fashion from a child, I am 61 now! I have worn red, white and blue, all my life, as red was my favourite colour, still is, but I love purple more! I used to write down what I wore to work Mon to Fri, and try to get as many different combinations as I could. Basically what you do, but we all are lucky enough to get to see what combinations you wear.
Back in the day, I would have, for example red, in a high shoe, medium and flat, red watch band, red belt and red bag. I know it is over the top now, but I loved it. Same again for black, in patent leather (yes I had a patent leather watch band!) and black leather, white, navy blue, cream and tan, Oroton was popular in Australia back then, and The Bridge brand, I would have the purse, keys holder and change purse to match as well, in black, navy and tan only. I even had a silver glomesh pouch for my Christian Dior makeup. I never had anything in that beige/neutral colour, unless you include tan as that colour, but no clothes in that colour, only starting to incorporate that colour the last year. I even had red/white/blue watch, med high shoes, sunglasses, bathers & bikinis. The problem with having all those different coloured watches was sometimes, I didn't know which one to wear!
I can't believe I had a beige trench coat when I was 17, as I don't have one now. I also had several good quality (cashmere and wool) coats in red, black, navy blue, hot pink, all well below the knees and a zebra coat, just above the knees, with matching leather gloves, not the zebra one. I gave the coats away with gloves, when I no l longer worked in an office. I just bought a nice herringbone coat the other day, and would like a navy pea coat, love the length of those.
I think a red skinny belt would look nice with the red/white/blue outfit. Love the silver shoes combination as well. Always got my clothes taylored and my shoes repaired and maintained.

I am more the French style kind of a guy, but sometimes I lean towards Italian too.
While walking along the streets of Paris and Firenze I could see that French are more classic and simple, but elegant. Italians are more daring when it comes to mixing colors and accessories but they are never over accessorized or tacky. French are chic, Italians are glamorous and those differences are magical.
My ancestors are French, Spanish, Italian and British and I try to honor my roots every single day with what I wear and do.
Different but there’s always something we share.

Marie Anne, thank you again for great tips on french chic with jeans and white shirt. Classic and timeless. We just have to invest in good quality. It's not easy to find good t-shirts, but it's doable. My favorite is with strips sweater around neck, but love them all. Greatings from close to impossible to be stylish Florida.
