    This is THE BEST cardio work out of yours! I am going to mark this one as my all time favorite and will do this at least once a week plus your daily ones. Amazing and please do more of these high energy cardio, love the music in Segment 2 & 4 as well.

    I really enjoyed how the music matched so well with the workout. I really loved it. Usually such workouts on TH-cam have such dull music that rather than making me move - they make me want to sleep. This video kept me going. ❤

    Hi Burpeegirl!! New subscriber here!! I added this onto my leg strength workout for some cardio. I really liked the format of a low impact/intensity into high impact/intensity move it reminded me of a true interval workout, most importantly though it was so much fun!     Wowzie ! This was definitely Da Bomb 💣 and Explosive 🧨
    I’ve never been much of a jumper…I don’t even jump for joy😅but I did the higher impact moves 🤩
    You were great at teasing and warming us with the low impact moves first 🤣
    I passed on the burpee because of my arm and well because I love you BurpeeGirl but not burpees 💕 😂

    Who else is still standing hahaha... I had to finish up early today so i can take my mama to her foot doctor appointment... So far today I have consumed 50oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned exactly 400 calories... This was a sweaty one... I need a shower asap... I may have looked a little silly doing some of the moves but I kept going and conquered 💪🏼... Today's green smoothie is green cabbage banana strawberries mango & flax oil blended with water... See you Burpee's mañana 🎉

    Que perfeição de treino, vou até fazer um café especial hoje, achei intenso, revigorante, no início achei que não ia conseguir completar, nossa até me emocionei quando concluí, minha meta é conseguir fazer o treino de 10 mil passos, que tem quase 1 hora e meia de duração e 10 rounds, eu vou conseguir, gratidão por esse Canal, Tábata eu sou tua fã ❤❤❤❤❤, amo teu looks, você tem alguma loja?
