Jenn spouting truth! Why should you get more if you are not thankful for what you already have? Social media will always have you feeling that you aren't doing enough. I am thankful for my life because there are so many that aren't doing as well. And in this world, you never know how things can turn, so be grateful and happy.
I wish my immigrant mother was open to healing 😂 Sadly she’ll never own up or apologize for her wrongdoings or toxic behaviors. I’ve just learned to love her from a distance and limit my interactions with her now.

The end definitely resonated with me. As a married 40 year old mom i sometimes get fomo looking at people online but i wouldnt trade my life for the world and you never really know if those people are actually happy or "fronting for the 'gram". Im thankful for my marriage, my family and my health. Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. It always makes me reflect on my own situation and see things in a different light. I use the native deodorant and i love it. I dont use body washes. I've used a bar and wash cloth my whole life, lol. I use the shea moisture bar soap, and i love it.💕

I love the idea of taking your Mom out on a date! It's a simple but effective way of starting to repair your relationship. You get to dress up, eat good food and just talk. Baby girl is so cute 🥰 she's getting so big! Love how the bantu knots turned out ❤️

@@shedori92 My grandma passed unexpectedly and my mom would always say how much she missed her. So I make a point to really enjoy the time I have with my mom 🧡
@allison.a no truer words have been spoken. Yesterday was 2 years since my Mama passed from ovarian cancer and I miss her EVERYDAY. My Mama also said the same thing about her Mama. She would be crying some days and would be like what's wrong... she would say "I miss my Mama" this even before her cancer diagnosis. She was the baby of 7 and spoiled. 🤗 Keep doing what you're doing with your Mama... we only get one! 🫶🏾

I love to watch vlogs too and I did go to the Beyoncé concert (which was a great experience with my 17yr old dtr) but that’s where I am in life. I love the vlogs but I have a little complaint: you have a tendency to just post baby girl randomly, how are we suppose to handle so much cuteness without warning ❤ Warn us gurl: CUTENESS LOADING, PREPARE YOUR HEART😊 The bantu knots looks good and I agree that the internet can sometimes feel like one is left behind on things we don't even want to do.. So silly😊

Thank you Jenn. You encouraged me to work on myself if I ever hope to raise any kids one day. My relationship with my mom will probably never be okay but I'm slowly learning to accept that and work on myself so I don't repeat the same mistakes with my child one day.
Great blog as usual. My mom passed away in November then my dad in March and then my sister in May and of course that’s a lot but I have really focused on being grateful for the time we had and and that my children had great memories with my mom. Thank you for your positive reminders.
I am thankful for my talent, the love of my family and having food, clothing and shelter

I use a dial soap first then my body wash and my exfoliating body wash lots of steps the moisturize and sealed with a light oil

Have you consulted with a derm about the PP hairloss ? There are ointments that can be prescribed to stimulate hair growth ( not minoxidil).
I've experienced something similar due to hormones.
I've been using Native wash and deodorant. Love them. Great vlog!

@@mariettajacobs4708 With cleansing as well? I see it for moisturizing, like using a lotion and then oil or something similar. But soap seems drying. I agree with you - once I started using a scrub in the shower my skin has been different! In a good way
