I've been attacked a few times and when I was a kid I'd get chased on my bike all the time. I learned to start chasing the dogs down on my bike lol one time one was trying to bite me and ended up in front of me, I ran it over with my bike. He was fine but kept his distance after that

I want to eradicate dogs
My huge housecat came running to the living room one day, totally freaked out. So I looked into the kitchen to see what the problem could be... and it just so happened to be a single baby possum, casually sitting at my cat's food dish eating away... and it turned around and ran off! Turns out there was a super small space open under the kitchen sink that it managed to find and crawl right into the house through! Needless to say, we had that situation promptly taken care of! I still can't believe this huge cat was seemingly terrified of a palm-size opposum! LOL
I am very afraid of stray dogs. Last week I went home from work it's around 2 A.M, I saw many stray dogs outside of our house what i did is to go fcking back at the office and wait there until 6 AM 😀

my neighbor has a cute Beagle dog, He was on the road so i just went and carried him he is really calm and wont bite 😍😍
I did this once when a pitbull was loose in the neighborhood. Just remain calm, appear stoic and just keep walking. Eventually the pitbull walked with me for a little while.
Similar thing happened to me. I took a walk one evening, up into the hills near where I lived, and in the middle of nowhere, came face to face with this huge black dog which snarled at me menacingly. It was some kind of lab cross and probably weighed more than I did (then!), but there was no sign of an owner. I managed to stay calm and threw it a stick. Suddenly, I had a new best friend, with all aggression gone. He followed me for a while, then turned tail and ran back to wherever he'd escaped from.
Some similar happed to me my cousin and me were walking to a store and this Chihuahua and pitbull came running at us and we just looked up and stood still they looked at us and just walked away
Yea there German shepherd in my neighborhood with 2 pitbulls they tried to follow me to the bus stop they were friendly tho I was kinda nervous but I walked slow 5when the owner called them
I was attacked by a pack of small dogs when I was a kid riding my bike through an alley. There was like 10 of them. They came out of nowhere. I peddled faster and faster to get away. I could feel them nipping at my heels. I barely escaped with my life.

I was on my way to work one day and I stopped off at 7-11 to get a cup of coffee afterwards I started off to the Bus stop when a Doberman ran up to me and blocked my path to the Bus snarling and showing his teeth like a badass so I threw my coffee in his face and that changed his attitude real quick.
Smart thinking. That dog must have learned its lesson.

I came here because I’m from Browning Montana. It’s the Blackfeet Reservation. Around here dogs are not fenced or chained up. They roam free. Stray Dogs are everywhere. It’s so bad that you can’t even walk down a street without 2, 3, or more dogs that will run out. Vicious ones that will actually bite too.

We live by a forest so a lot of wild animals wander into town.
One night, our cat got out and my sister and I grabbed some flashlights and went to go find her.
My sister pointed her flashlight into a tree and saw a flash of eyes so she ran to get me and when I looked into the tree, I saw that it wasn't our cat, but a raccoon.
It was sitting perfectly still, watching us with wide eyes.
We decided not to bother it and went on down the street. When we were coming back, the raccoon had climbed down from the tree and was sitting on the neighbor's lawn, watching us again. It seemed very curious, but cautious.
We were just careful not to get too close and not be too loud, and it didn't bother us either.

The most important thing when you are passing by a street dog is to never stare at them.
Once I did it and it stared at me back. As I moved further it started getting closer with another dog. But I kept walking normally and escaped.
The last level to reach my home is..

I love the way the man runs
on december 31, 2020 at about 9:30 p.m. alaska time, the 2 ladies who live next door to me deliberately sent their dogs (a white labradoodle and a golden retriever) outside to threaten and harass me. every time there's any humans living on that property, there's always at least one dog living there. i wish i could own that property so i could keep dogs off of it

Slowly step back, watching the reaction of the dog. If the dog follows you, stop. If the animal doesn't move, keep walking backward. As soon as the dog looks away, keep going at your normal pace.

For dogs attacks you need to think about how you can seriously hurt the animal. Break its legs. Pull it's tail extremely hard. If you find hand is close to it's mouth, move it away. But if your hand is very, very close to its eyes, then gouge them. Basically, if a dog is going for your legs then pull its tail. If the dog has you on the ground, break one of its legs.

If you feel you need to escape do slowly with no sudden moves - so just stand there 🤣
I feel like if you don’t acknowledge the dog, it will do the same to you. Not always the case but dogs can pick up on energy really well.

Coyotes run all over the neighborhoods here in the foothills of Southern California. Flashlights don’t really scare them off too easily a lot of the time. But one wise person here has discovered that, if you have a strobe light in your flashlight, it will send them scampering away quickly. Apparently a flashing light is scarier than a flash light.
What i do when i am jogging in the morning and i happen to come across a stray who gets excited when it sights me jogging i stop my running then begin walking.Such strategy has worked for me.When it sees i am walking it stops barking then walk away

There’s this cul-de-sac near where I live and this guy lets his two dogs run out. They bark at people who walk by. I wonder if anyone told the authorities about this because I don’t want the dogs to get hit by cars.

I once was going with my bike, and a dog was barking at me, and I didn’t run I didn’t make eye contact but, I couldn’t go so far😫 but I got away.
The thing about cat's attacking humans made me laugh
I’ve adopted a stray dog. The little chihuahua still is here today.
In some countries strays are no problem , because they'll be served @ the dinner table , or a barbecue .
