Straight away though, carrots contain vitamin A, which isn't true. Not a great start.

@Kiara Beavis You need to look a bit closer than that if you want to argue a point, look it up properly. You'll find that the statement may be somewhat true, half a cup of carrots may well contain enough caratone for your body to convert into 73% of your daily dose of vitamin A, but the carrots themselves contain no vitamin A at all.
I study nutrition in regards to feeding animals, it's widely accepted that feeding carrots, or other vegetables high in caratone, to the animal or it's prey is better than using a vitamin A supplement as the animal's body (and ours) will only convert enough caratone to provide the exact needed amount of vitamin A, whereas a supplement is hit and miss, you can easily overdose or underdose which can cause problems with absorption of other vitamins and minerals.
Look it up properly and you'll soon see. :)

Dr. Dean Edell, the former radio talk show host, said you need a lot of water, but water is in almost everything we consume. Fruits, veggies, meat, coffee, tea, soda, they all have water. I live in the desert and usually drink two bottles of water a day, along with everything else I take in, and it's fine. I drink when I'm thirsty!

I've always preferred dark chocolate over milk 🍫. When we were young-during Christmas-we would get a stocking full of fresh oranges and apples, raisins, a little money and the assorted Hershey's chocolate bars.
I'd trade my Krackel and milk chocolate for the Special Dark.

The part about water drinking is deeper than that: "by the time you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated". Why our bodies are so lazy about it I can't even begin to imagine.
I try hard to drink 3 bottles a day. 16 ozs. But I cant hardly do that. I know Im dehydrated most of the time. Idk how to Make myself drink more water. 😞

I used to use a water wetter in my garden. You sprinkle it on before the water and the water soaks into the soil much deeper than without it.
